This is the first time I ordered a tree by mail. It arrived in time, looked very healthy and would order from Brighter Blooms again!
The peach trees were already leafed out when I received them. I was worried. Despite the best of care one of the 3 didn't make it.
I had placed an extra $15 to guarantee their survival, but when I called to request replacement I was told it would be a long and convoluted process to claim my guarantee.
Now it will be too late to plant, if they do eventually approve the replacement. So sad.
Very user friendly! The plants were packed so they traveled well. All of the plants were healthy and made the transition to my garden with no issues.
Recieved my lemon trees but one had a main branch broken. Forwarded picture as per support and notified replacement was shipped. Trees look ofherwise healthy and very pleased with problem resolution. Will buy from you guys again. Thanks
Our rose bushes were shipped in boxes without sturdy dividers or baffles. The roses were all on one end of the box with soil everywhere, branches that were dry and withered and many broken and damaged stems and branches.

The trees I ordered got to my house safely, and appear to be in good shape. However, after ordering, it took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive. On its own, no big deal. But, there was no shipping confirmation, nor do I recall an email that my order was delayed. Hence there was no way for me to prepare to receive the order when it got here.
I spent $300 on trees from BrighterBlooms and could easily have been gone for a few days when they arrived, leaving them on my doorstep, lying on their side and in the elements.
Not particularly encouraging for future orders.

The roses and speed of delivery were great but I am receiving an overload of emails from you that I do not want. They waste my time.

The tree I received was more like a stick weed that I could pull out of the ground. I paid $600 for 3 of these terrible plants. They were packaged poorly. One tree was packaged with 3 bags of root rocky and 3 bags of potting soil. The other 2 trees were packaged together with the leaves bent. The delivery man slung the two boxes over his shoulder and the box with the two trees bent in half. I feel like I waisted my money!

Quick and easy. Had to wait in my region due to potential frost but communication was good
I ordered nearly 15 trees last year and they arrived as expected and on time with great quality. I don't have a green thumb and ended up causing some rot disease with overwatering or not enough watering. They honored the warranty without issue and I was able to replace the ones that died.
