I have always wanted a small Hydrangea tree. I came across Brighter Blooms on line. It had wonderful reviews. I ordered a lime green blooming 2'-3' tree. It arrived promptly well packaged. I also received the potting mix. I had a question regarding how long I had before I planted it. I called Brighter Blooms and my call was immediately answered, no waiting. I spoke to a very courteous employee. She answered my questions. I am trying to take good care of my tree. So far so good. I see some little buds on it. I anticipate buying another soon. I had high hopes for my 5-6' Flamethrower Redbud, but despite careful nurturing (I am an experienced gardener) there is no sign of life yet after 3 weeks. It's a shame, because had the sapling been dug with a true root ball, it might have survived even after its long ship time. Instead, it was just bare-root inside a plastic bag with some loose soil thrown in. I believe customers would be willing to pay a little more to receive a sapling with a real root ball, and its chances of survival would be much better. Glad I got the one year warrantee - I think I'm going to need it.

My first purchase arrived with 3 out of 5 branches broken in the mail shipment. I explained the damage with pictures and BrighterBlooms sent me a replacement apple tree. The replacement arrived within a week and it was perfect! I planted it and is growing beautiful! I would buy again! Love their plants.

My apple tree's leaves were all white (because of lack of sun) but after about a week they turned green so I hope everything is OK.
