They shipped on there sides and were busted up when they were replaced the new bushes were half the size

My black bamboo plant Was supposed to be 4 foot tall and healthy. There was one very thin branch that went for foot, all the others were less than a foot. I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not use their services again.

Great products, being dependent on the delivery provider is tough. 1 of my plants, the rose of sharon was beat up in transit. I've connected with brighterblooms.com and we're hoping it recovers. If it doesn't I'm confident BB will make it right.
Great site experience. Delivery arrived a week or so later and tree was very wilty. Leaves falling off. TBD if it survives.

Products arrived intact, fairly well packaged. Redbud survived transplant and appears to be thriving so far. Rose bush was battered and lost a couple of stems but also survived transplant and is growing new foliage. Crossing my fingers tree and bush will do well this year and next.
Just received a small, scrawny stem with a few leaves. I truly hope it grows. It was expensive

One of the items I bought was slightly wilted when it arrived and now the leaves are dying. I'm not sure it's going to make it. Instead of sending a replacement, I was told to make see if it's still alive. Well of course it is, it's only been a few days since it was shipped. The warranty is only good for 30 days so most likely it won't die by then to get a replacement.

Plants were not healthy. One plant was missed in my first package. Brighter blooms send me replacement. All 3 plants are not looking healthy.", leaves are dropped and roots are rotten. Lawn services agent is not ready to plant them as three plants are not in good shape.
