My original shipment came damaged and all smashed up. All I had to do is send pictures through the website and they instantly sent a new order. My new order came in pristine condition; as though I bought them from a store myself. Thank you

I wasn't expecting anything, since I have nothing but bad reviews from ordering offline with plants. But this came in healthy, beautiful and no dead limbs.

My trees arrived in poor condition. The 2 butterfly bushes I bought are almost dead now. I will not buy any more trees or bushes on line again. Lesson learned

I ordered a small tree for my mom as a surprise and it was easy to buy, delivered practically across the country in less than a week, the plant was beautiful and the price was affordable. They also checked in to make sure I knew where my plant was and asked after my happiness with it. A great experience.

Ordering was easy. Plants arrived really quickly and packaged perfectly for travel. I already have blueberries started on all three plants. Really really pleased!

Difficult to find the difference between Robin Red and American Holly. Got a geautiful little tree. Terunk a bit crooked, but will go OK.

I received my avocado trees quickly and in seemingly decent shape, but it looks like one is really struggling. Initially they both were after shipment, but one is making a come back and looking healthier. Hopefully the other will too.

The tree over all is nice. Better package would be wonderful. A branch was broken off.

I liked the ease of the website and finding what I wanted to get for my yard. (Cherokee Dogwood, Elberta Peach tree with two root rocket packages) the dogwood tree was in fantastic shape when it came but the Elberta Peach was not in the best shape. It came with no leaves and still is yet to have any of them. It had broken branches when I got it so I'm not sure if that happened when it was shipped or put in the box.

Hi I bought the as a gift for my mom and and with in a few days if receiving the it start to dry out I'm not happy at all

My tree didn't look great upon arrival. There are no blooms yet. But it is a bloomerang lilac tree. Hope springs eternal.
I'm giving it as much love and care as I can. Hope I won't need excercize my warranty.

The lilac bushes I ordered arrived so dried up and they were much much smaller than advertised. I planted them as soon as they came and I hope they make it.

I navigated the website ordered the phenomenal lavender plant, paid an arm plus a leg for it and it is slowly dying.

Crepe Myrtle arrived "on time", and as described... well packaged and healthy-looking specimen... The online website gives proper description of the various plant offerings for perusal, but I do not believe the "add-ons" (fertilizer, warranty, etc) should affect the "shipping" costs

The dogwood tree and the to rose bushes were wilted and looked bad. I planted them the day they were delivered. The dogwood is starting to look better I don't know if the roses are going to live o not.
