First time buying plant, tree online. Won't happen again! For the size I received I could have shopped locally and saved $50 or $60! I even paid more money and upgraded thinking I would get a 2-3 foot tree.

Good to go nursery, plant was well packed and showed up non wilted.

I ordered 2 plants... one of which is not doing as well as the other. Very concerning

The roots were extremely dried out and shriveled up, not sure if the trees will make it. They don't look the healthiest

Brighter Blooms' website offered very good information about the rose bushes available for purchase, which allowed me to select a rose bush that was well suited to my growing area and that had many of the features I wanted in a rose bush (e.g., scent, drought resistant, etc.). I ordered a 3 gallon rose bush because Brighter Blooms indicated that a 3 gallon rose bush would produce flowers quicker than a 1 gallon rose bush. The rose bush was shipped across multiple states and arrived in great shape, primarily due to the careful packaging of the rose. The rose bush was full of healthy green leaves and multiple rose buds. It also had a very healthy root ball. My order arrived on time.

I didn't know the tree had arrived until I was leaving home and saw a box sitting out front. It would be better to ring the doorbell.

I have ordered several fruit trees from you in the past few months. All arrived in great condition except for the Goldmine Nectarine Tree (order *******). It arrived on Sunday, 5/23 and when I opened the box, it looked like someone "steam cooked" the tree! The leaves were all wilted and it looked like it needed water ASAP. I soaked the roots in a bucket of water for 2 hours and then planted it. I have been "deep watering" every day since Sunday but not sure it is going to live. PLEASE ADVISE as I also paid insurance on this tree. Thanks Joe.

My fig and raspberry bushes arrived in great shape. They had substantial branches and leaves. I think they will both bear some fruit even this year.

I bought fruit trees from another nursery. They were both bare root and without branches or leaves. It may be 2 years before they fruit.

The size of the tree was tall as ordered. That was great it was as described and paid for. There was one branch that was broken
But it did have other branches where it wasn't too noticeable

The shrubs arrived on time and packaged securely as expected. They are large, healthy and thriving in their new pots. Once again, a perfect order from Brighter Blooms. Thank you for being a company I can count on.

Ok i had to get another order in then argue to not have to pay for it

I received my beautiful gardenia in wonderful condition. It had many buds, with one that bloomed within 3 days of being planted. The leaves are beautiful, and glossy. I will definitely order from Brighter Blooms in the future.
