50% of the plants arrived dead. There were two issues — 1. It took 10 days for the plants to arrive from the day they were shipped. You guys really need to use FedEx! These are live plants. They just can't survive 10 days with no light.
2. I specifically ordered 4 large specimens plants. Two of the plants were actually truly large 1 quart size plants. Two of the quarts, however, were clearly smaller, immature starter plants put into a quart size container. It was dishonest to sell those plants to me as if they were large specimen plants. Those two small and weak plants arrived damaged and dead. I would rather have been told that you only had 2 large specimens available.
The two large size specimens that arrived, after some rehabilitation, are now surviving.
They were meticulously packed and shipped. They arrived in excellent condition. We kept them in their packaging for two weeks before planting. And they are vigorously growing right now!

Bad experience first time using brighter blooms. Areial stem was capped/cut exactly at 6' when the stem was still 1" diameter. Support argued this is not damaged and the tree will grow the same. This is 100% not true.
We prune our trees to promote fuller and more even branching from the tree. It looks like we refunded the price of the tree and do apologize for any inconvenience!

Trees were 3' tall not 5' as advertised. Help line call got an associate with a houseful and unable to focus on her work- transferred to 'arborist' who must live in the same house- same background conversations, same lack of focus. My original scathing referral got 'lost'?

My hibiscus bush was very wilted, dry and sad. I don't know how long it had been in the box and when it was shipped, but it's doing better now. The palm and the gardenia were fine, but quite dry as well.
