Arrived quickly, packed very well, tree was in excellent condition.
Bulbs arrived neatly packaged in a straw material and they were already had green tops for planting and growing this season. Very satisfied. They even had a great guide inside to tell you how to plant your bulbs--big plus.
I told them prior to order Benny delivered that I made a mistake and didn't want the ground cover version but was told " sorry it already shipped".

Followed directions given for planting trees, watered accordingly. Black leaves around the bottom. Brown foliage pigmentation throughout. 3 weeks later. We will see, let you know if they last the summer. I live in Southern WI.

I received a 100% refund for my product, but the product was not replaced. I had to repurchase it at a 30-40% increase. That's not how normal warranties work.
I ordered a total of 4 black bamboo plants, 3 showed up in great shape, however one was broken in half... they replaced it for free with no questions asked... and all of them arrived very quickly... they are all doing great, thanks a lot!
