Arrived quickly, packed very well, tree was in excellent condition.

Bulbs arrived neatly packaged in a straw material and they were already had green tops for planting and growing this season. Very satisfied. They even had a great guide inside to tell you how to plant your bulbs--big plus.

I told them prior to order Benny delivered that I made a mistake and didn't want the ground cover version but was told " sorry it already shipped".

The plant had only two blooms I hope I will see more blooms soon.

BrighterBlooms was one of the only places I could find Aspen trees. I chose the one year guarantee just in case. So far, so good!

Found what we needed, delivered promptly, love them!

Followed directions given for planting trees, watered accordingly. Black leaves around the bottom. Brown foliage pigmentation throughout. 3 weeks later. We will see, let you know if they last the summer. I live in Southern WI.

I received a 100% refund for my product, but the product was not replaced. I had to repurchase it at a 30-40% increase. That's not how normal warranties work.

I ordered a total of 4 black bamboo plants, 3 showed up in great shape, however one was broken in half... they replaced it for free with no questions asked... and all of them arrived very quickly... they are all doing great, thanks a lot!

I was a little disappointed on the rose bush. The blooms were all dried up. However, the leaves were
Green. I have planted it and I'm sure it will be fine. I ordered last year and had them planted i front of my church. They are blooming and absolutely beautiful.

The picture online is nothing like what is received. I know that it would be a new plant but it was far from a developed specimen. If this review allowed pictures you would see what I mean.
