There was very little information about the location of the item despite the fact that a tracking # had been furnished and a date for delivery. The item arrived 3 days beyond the expected date and caused me some serious inconvenience with the landscaper I had employed to plant the tree.

All came in excellent condition and packaged well with the exception of one Forever Summer hydrangea. I bought 2 of these. One good condition, the other poor condition. Leaves browning, and continues to not look healthy. The 2Niko blues are beautiful and healthy. I only wish the never ending summer one looked half as good as the Nikko. But, hoping it will improve! Love the prompt service and great packaging and shipping! Oh and the lavenders are great as well
I ordered 2 Lupin Cherry trees, 3 blue berry bushes, 2 lavender plants and a weeping cherry tree. They shipped the weeping cherry tree with 3 large blue berry bushes on top of it which cause several limbs to break and a couple to partially break. The leaves were extremely wilted and very stressed. I contacted customer service regarding the weeping cherry tree and they replaced it however the new tree took nearly 4 days to arrive and was again severely wilted. We immediately put it in the ground with root rocket and spew oak garden soil a d so far the top of the tree we have lost all the branches. The lower part seems to be doing ok but now the tree just looks funny. Our Lupins cherry trees are holding on and starting to get new growth to replace what does. Our lavender plants were extremely small for the price and both plants have died. The blueberry bushes suffered a little leaf loss and couple broken limbs but overall are doing great. If I had to do it all over again I would not order plants online again. We have completely redone our entire landscaping over the last month and these trees/plants are the only ones we have had any problems with. Plus why spend over $500 in plants only to have to spend more money for a year guarantee when I can buy locally and get a yr guarantee free?!

I ordered two bamboo plantings. Because of how they were packed they slid all over and one was crushed. Planting was replaced quickly with no issues

The tree arrived and 2 main branches were broken off. Made me a little sad that it will take even longer for the tree to mature.

My tree came in almost perfect condition, only one branch was broke at the bottom due to shipping. Otherwise, it was perfect and very healthy. My order came in just a couple of days which was impressive! I received a coupon for a discount for 1st purchase after signing up to website which I didn't see till after placing my order. Called customer service to see about getting the discount applied and they refunded me the difference right away, no problems.
Local shop here in KY said that they didn't have or couldn't order me a aspen tree, so I searched the internet and found blooms. Decent price and delivery in a few days, sounded good to me. The root bulb was smaller then expected but it was the first aspen I had ever planted. Tree is doing well so far and hopefully I'll have a grove soon enough.

This was the first time I had ordered a tree (or plant) online. The only issue I had was that the box was put on its side on my porch, and the dirt had spilled out of the pot and into the bag. Fortunately, I was home, so I noticed it almost right away, and was able to get the tree planted ASAP. I feel like the box could be marked "THIS END UP" or something noted in the delivery instructions that would protect it better. Anyway, the tree was as advertised, and is doing great so far.

I ordered a lemon bush from another store, it came and it was unhealthy and never produced fruit. I was really bummed but I've always wanted to grow lemons so, I decided to try brighter blooms. It came and it was healthy and already had lots of baby lemons growing on it! I'm SO excited and it is growing beautifully. I love all the tips and information I get from brighter blooms emails and website and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Ordering online and having a live plant shipped across multiple states isn't an easy job, GREAT job BrighterBlooms! I will be ordering other plants soon! Very happy and greatful for my beautiful lemon bush!
This year, I used two different online companies to order plants for my yard. Products from one company arrived and seemed "meh" - obviously, plants don't like to be shipped, but they were quite droopy and kind of needed saving right away. Plants from this OTHER COMPANY were also VERY small, for the price - like the tiniest size you could get that wasn't a SEED. Plants from Brighter Blooms were quite LOVELY upon arrival! I would use Brighter Blooms again. Thanks!
