I ordered flowers for my mom the day before Mother's day. As it was last minute, I had few options but found a local company and ordered a gorgeous bouquet. She got a call to make sure she'd be home and the delivery of exquisite flowers. Very happy with the purchase despite my ordering the last minute from another country.

I was looking for larger shrubs than just the starter size and was pleased to find the specific ones I was looking for at BrighterBlooms. Shipping time was very reasonable, and the plants were packed/shipped securely and with care. They were very healthy when they arrived. Two of the shrubs are struggling a bit. I hope it was just the shock of shipment. They have been in the ground for a couple weeks, and I hope they rally.

Shopping and ordering is very easy and well organized. But the tree was basically bare-root. The so-called root ball in burlap was basically a bare root stuck into some soil. I will be very surprised if the tree survives.

It was easy and fast to order. The deliver took a bit longer than expected and the trees came in one skinny box which was surprising. They looked in rough shape but seemed to recover ok once in the ground and watered for a few days.

Only complaint is that the trees were wilting in less than 12 hrs after getting them out of the boxes. They were not left in the boxes for more than an hour or 2 maybe once we got them and we had them in the grown within 24hrs of delivery. 3 of the trees are still not perking up despite following all of the provided instructions and tips.
Some of the leaves were broken when received, also thought the plant would be bigger. No worth the money I spent for them.

I randomly searched for pink trees through the web. I found the trees I was looking for. The price was fine to me, and then I placed my order right away. I Received my order pretty soon. The package arrived looked very protective and the trees looked fresh.
Plant arrived half dead, apparently was in delivery servicers' warehouse for too long.
Refund was issued, and I did not order again. Didn't want to wait.
