Part of my order was not received. I contacted customer service & they immediately shipped what was missing.
I purchased a blossom kit but unfortunately when they arrived 2 were partial dead and ultimately didn't survive so I contacted BrighterBlooms. To my surprise they responded and replaced the kit immediately with a fesh new kit. So far I have been very pleased with the service and my purchases.

After searching unsuccessfully at our local garden centers for a Strawberry Hydrangea, I took to online shopping. I was not surprised that there were only a few of these sun loving hydrangeas in stock so I ordered it right away. It was pricey, but they were similarly priced locally if I had been able to find one. It came quickly, was healthy and has thrived after planting. Not sure if it will bloom this year but I'm hopeful.
I was wondering how they would ship a tree and four bushes all the way to Massachusetts but they managed to arrive unbroken, The only damage they might've suffered is a few burnt leaves because I did pick a very hot time to have them shipped. If I were to order again I would make sure to do it in the early spring so plants wouldn't be sitting in a hot area for very long.
My tree arrived quickly and carefully packaged and is now doing well in the sun. Thank you.

Quick and easy I ordered two different types of apple trees. They arrived sooner then expected came very well packaged and in great shape. Very pleased with this whole process
Out of the 14 pear trees only one didn't look so great. Came with very little soil in pot and the trunk at the bottom may turn in to a issue as it has a hard bend in it. Also had very few leafs. The rest all look amazing.

As far as the shopping experience with "Brighterblooms.com", it was a good experience but not great. Not being notified that the package had shipped and not being notified in a timely matter that the package had arrived precludes a GREAT rating. Companies like Amazon and Home Depot do a better job in this regards. No company does a better job though than Amazon due to the Alexa verbal notification system, "Your package has arrived!" typically within an hour or less of the package arrival.
As far as the plants, too early to judge the quality of the plants, it will take ~30 days to verify if the plants will survive its arduous journey

I ordered 2 raspberry bushes and 3 blueberry bushes. The box was clearly marked "Fragile" and had arrows indicating UP. The package was delivered to my door upright in a box that was supposed to be flat, All the plants were jammed together. The raspberry bushes were bent over. The blueberry bushes were were less damaged, but the potting soul was bone dry a in the pots, and the plants were severely wilted.

How often should I water the tree? Once a week for 30 minutes sounds extreme. Question I have Myer lemon looking crazy and a bing cherry both not budding. Bing looks healthier than the lemon tree.
The lavender was half dead when received, and the other half died soon after.
