My car was totalled and after the insurance paid them they held the check for 2 weeks. But their GAP is worst. I was supposed to get a refund from them for the payments I had to make before the GAP pay the rest of the loan, and they say that I have no right to receive any money. Thieves. After all of that I went to purchase another car worth $15,995. They were asking $2,000 for downpayment. I went to another place an got a $18,000 with $1,000 downpayment and 3-1/2% lower interest rate
I purchased a car from DT and bridgecrest financed it the vechicle is paid off now. They told my credit isn't good enough to purchase a new vehicle. The internet told me I was pre-qualified for one amount and they next thing it's another amount. Not only that they sales people are rude and insulting. I would rather die than to ever do business again with them. A complete waist of time. They do not listen to their customers. If my vehicle wasn't paid off already I would voluntarily return it!
Horrible experience. I paid off my loan because I'm selling my car. Now they told me they are keeping the title for 10 business days in case the payment doesn't go through. Understandable for a check, but not when you pay directly from your bank account, they take the money and even send you emails and text confirming. They need to revise the company policy. James, a supervisor, tried to convince me that I could ask the bank to reverse the payment, which I know it's not possible. Never again financing through Bridgecrest or Carvana
This company sucks. When I signed up they chose my payment dates and they don't match up with my actual pay dates from my job. I've asked them for months to help me change it and they're always finding a reason not to. So now I'm stuck with a late payment interest rate. I got a 10,000 dollar car and they're making me pay 26,000 for it. I'm the stupid one for accepting it but I was desperate. They will literally harass you. They call me 10+ times a day to make a payment even though they know I hadn't gotten paid yet. They've even started texting me about it. They're always rude to me and they're always calling me. I pay my payments twice a month every time I get paid yet they call me 10+ times a day asking for it.
Don't fall for these people they will rob you blind. They said in there report my truck never been in a wreck well they lied. A ******* dollar truck and time you pay there interested every day it will cost ******* for the truck.run run as fast as you can in the other direction
This business is no good to work with they are garbage they sold me a car that I later on found out it was nothing but garbage with multiple recalls with a faulty airbag. The car was just falling apart in addition to that.It was no good for trading in due to upside down balance they charging. I gave them their junkyard on wheels back voluntarily they refuse to pick it up as a volunteer Repo and trying to report on my credit files late payment trying to smash my credit. As if I still have the car I even return my tag in to DMV Please stay Away from these crooks reported them to CFPB and in process of other legal actions
Bridgecrest are crooks. They will gladly take your money and run without delivery of promised service. Most of the reviews on this page are fake. Just read below and it will become easy to digest the truth. Zero service, zero accountability with this company. I cannot stress this enough... STAY VERY FAR AWAY! Try better managed and with proper customer support departments such as www.myautoloan.com or www.lendingtree.com Honestly, you could pick any lending service. Stay away from Carvana as well. Predatory lending services with unfulfilled promises. Read below to see the truth.
This company is robbing me and my family and they absolutely will not do you any favors. The drive time car is falling apart after a year service
I found out that bridgecrest financial is only about the money. 16,456 for a 9,000 car is too much. They suck $#*!! Came to repo it today. Even the tow driver said they are some garbage. Never again!
I paid my car off with this bridgecrest Financial I send cashiers check which is guaranteed by the bank no the hold money for 10 days so the can earn money until now my title not in my hand I call every day the keep saying we send it we send it my advice to you do not use this people also the customer service very rude do not use them
Caleb was very helpful and professional. Process was very easy, all questions completely addressed. Have always had polite professional customer service reps. Company has gone above and beyond to help.
Actually Bridgecrest is a shell company used by Drivetime to screw you on auto loans. They are the people Drivetime will refer you to if you have a question or complaint about their loans. They have exactly the same boards and CEOs They charge loanshark rates and have illegally re-poed cars and been caught doing it(UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING File No. 2014-CFPB-0017). As Gomer would say, "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise"!
Answer: I was a partial payment late and they will take your car. If you get bridgecrest have a garage
Answer: Cars depreciate very quickly. One of the dumbest financial decisions a person can make is spending a shit ton of their income on a vehicle. Expensive cars aren't worth it. Nobody needs leather seats or separate climate controls. And it's not like you're buying one vehicle for the rest of your life. Quit looking at cars as status symbols and save your 8K for something else.
Answer: 90 Days...
Answer: Call them to come get it...,...
Answer: Not a question... perhaps you could attempt making a free payment online on the website?
Answer: I'm sueing them and that's that. And they should be closed down
Answer: Try your local credit union. They love to undercut the interest rates, and can generally be a little more lenient because they get their money through payroll deductions, meaning they get paid first.
