Heartless company
June 5, 2020

These people will harass you and call you no matter what your situation is. They are taking cars from people during a pandemic when those cars are all some people have left after loosing their jobs and even housed due to corona. They will not work with you or give you any time to try and get a payment together. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

License Revoked
May 30, 2020

Despite the virus in effect across the globe, these money hungry shameful scum of the earth have the nerve to reposes and operate during this time... Knowing that there are people begging for more time. Disgusting. Soon enough they should have their license revoked and good riddance

I have been with Bridgecrest for two years and they have always been accommodating with catching up payments and I've always gotten very friendly customer service. I see all the bad reviews but I have not had a bad experience with them.

In front of the covid-19 what you can expect from Bridgecrest is late payment threat calls, report late payment credit companies and calls to annoy. There was never any help in this global situation. Not like the big companies that extended their clients for three months and did not make late reports. That was the least expected.

I have been trying to handle the vehicle left behind my my deceased father, and have spoken to six different representatives all claiming they needed only a death certificate and POA. After faxing and emailing these items over a period of 2 months, I am now being told I have to go to court to receive an affidavit. NOT one person has said anything about an affidavit until today. I just need to know the monthly payment and/or payoff amount. You would think they would want their money. These people have no idea what they are doing, and refuse to let you speak with a supervisor when asked. I will NEVER go thru this company for a loan, totally unprofessional.

Covid 19 Crisis
May 14, 2020

Bridgecrest refuses deferment to help their customers during a very difficult pandemic. After researching, this company isn't helpful assisting their customers who experience financial crisis.

I would recommend searching out companies that value their customers. Otherwise, your financing a vehicle to be repo if you ever have short term financial difficulties.

I called Bridgecrest and I told them that at the beginning that I have some speech disabilities. From start to finish unprofessional and disrespectful employees and manager. They treated me very badly on the phone because of my speech problem. They did not listen and they were very impatient with me.

I have been a good on-time paying customer. I called because I had missed one payment but they reported it to the credit agencies immediately although I had called them to let them know that I was going to be late because of the COVID 19 situation.

I made a double payment the next month but they would not go back to the credit agencies and change the status. These people working here have no heart, they don't care about the extremely difficult situation people are in. I hope that Karma one day will hit them back.

They have zero, really zero customer service! They also will overcharge you, please check your account on regular bases and be forceful in order to get it fixed. The people working here are crooks. I felt like the employees have no training whatsoever or maybe they are plain untrainable. Ultimately, I'm making the management responsible for hiring these clearly incompetent people who are working as customer service reps. I had also the unfortunate pleasure to talk to the manager. He was even worse than the employees, I had no idea that it was even possible being even more unprofessional and unfriendly than his employees.

Future customers (not yet victims) AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, save yourself the headache!

Dear Bridgecrest,

You are the scum of the earth. Shame on you for taking advantage of people by charging an insane amount of daily interest. For not displaying the current balance and having it readily available to your customers. How do you guys sleep at night? Not to mention, you show no care for the millions of customers that have been effected by Covid 19.

You have no ethical bone in your body. I will do everything in my power to fight again subprime and predator lenders such as Bridgecrest. May your company slowly disintegrate in flames.

I am home in NJ and I have been waiting for two months now for Unemployment... and still waiting. All my other creditors have deferred payment for 90days+... Thanks Ford. Thanks Quicken-loans. Thanks Chase. Thanks Bank Of America. Go to hell Drivetime (apparent company of BridgeCrest) and Bridgcrest. They don't want to move in-terms of payment deferment. I hope all the people that work for them dies in car crashes. I am not paying them $#*!. After this, they will be a glut of Cars on the market/lots. Someone will provide me with credit. They will ask you to call the irs for your stimulus as well as telling you that my state hired outside companies to process unemployment. If so, then something is wrong and the workers at Bridgcrest should help out at the unemployment office then and help process some of the claims. This goes beyond works and more management. Also, they will fail... companies that operates like this when bad times usually fails and all who support them (Caravan).

Called before my due date to get an extension on car loan (as ALL other places are doing this due to COVID) and was told can extend for 2 weeks. I'm in Ohio and an ind contractor so can't even file for unemployment until mid May so extending 2 weeks does nothing. My hours have been cut to virtually nothing and advised woman of that and that there was no money so that would not change in 2 weeks. I took the 2 weeks as that was my only option but no payments will be made unless a bag of money falls from the sky for me. Not helpful or accommodating at all.

Two weeks before they repossess my vehicle because I had a late payment two weeks after again I got my vehicle repossessed and they haven't told me the reason for the repo and the truck driver didn't know why he was taking a vehicle He stated that he received a phone call to repo the vehicle. It is because Bridgecrest and Carvana are abusing the law because in a crisis ( coronavirus) that we are having they have no heart or compassion to the situation that people are going though and they don't care if you without any vehicle. You don't receive a phone call or notification on email to advise you That the vehicle may be repossessed. They just want to get your money even though you pay them on time they're just willing to screw you over so they can get their money anyway.

No Relieft

Think you're gonna get a little break from these people during this difficult time? Think again! Just made a payment today, barely let the ink dry on the check and they are calling me looking for the next one. Like it literally just posted today! These people are a nightmare. If your payment is due by Midnight, they call you at 8:01 am the next day, literally right after they open, looking for the payment that is NOT EVEN 8 hours late. Unreal!

Covid-19 help
April 28, 2020

I've tried to call to explain to them to help me on my payment that is due... I wanted to have my payment deferred.
The first thing they said. Stimulus check. I tried to make them understand the situation were in and its like they don't care... I'm very disappointed in this Company, I didn't think that they were goin to be such $#*!s about it.
Anyways, I don't care what they do, they could come and take their car but I rather have a roof over my head and food on the table.

HORRIBLE
April 27, 2020

On April 27th, 2020, I advised Bridgecrest Loan Services that I was in the Process of buying a new home, and in order to meet my Mortgage criteria, I would be paying Bridgecrest 4 days past the due date when my Social Security disability check arrives. I even notified Bridgecrest of this situation 4 times not just once but 4 times, each time I was informed by Bridgecrest this will be no problem, no late charges, fees or fines. My loan would stay accurate. I come to realize on April 27th 2020 that there is an increase in my loan for $246.00 via Credit Karma. I called Bridgecrest immediately spoke with a supervisor she said: " Sir there is nothing we can do " I advised her that the 4 times I called each representative said, " as long as you call there will be no problems " $246.00 is a BIG problem when 20 million people are out of work. Can someone please help? Please be advised I have never made a late payment with this Company. They Should be ashamed of themselves

Worst company
April 25, 2020

Don't get anything from this company. I was sold a vehicle with a factory recall. The customers service agents provide no help at all. Was laid off cause of the stay at home order and they are in willing to help. I could not defer a payment. They told me I had to be late on it. So they wanted it to negatively affect my credit before they even began to help. They don't give you blue book values of the cars they have to sell. Shopping here is just all bad no help in a crisis and you are gravely over paying to begin with. I would recommend that you stay away from this company unless you want to just add stress to your life.

Bad company
April 25, 2020

This company is garbage. I had to be put on quarantine at my home due to being exposed to covid19. All I ask bridgecrest to do was let me place my next car payment at the end of my loan. The lady I spoke with told me that it would not be a problem. Since I've been on time with every payment for the past 2 years that I've had the vehicle. I called Bridgecrest to find out why I had not received the email to sign the final paperwork to have my payment moved to the end of the loan. After 3 day's of going back and forth with bridgecrest. They informed me that a manager had denied my request to have the payment moved to the end of the loan. And couldn't even give me a reason why my request was denied. I will never buy a vehicle through this company again...
