Our flight got cancelled by the airlines. Even though the communication by Bravofly was good, at the end we did not receive the full refund that we supposed to get from the airlines. The airlines itself has refunded the full amount of the cancelled ticket to Bravofly but Bravofly left €70 to themselves for 2 passengers and refused to give them to us saying that it is their terms and conditions in which they will keep €35 per passenger when the refund for the cancelled ticket is processed. This is very unfair as it is not my fault that the airlines cancels my flight so why should I give them to Bravofly? I won't recommend to anybody use this travel agent as their business is a total scam.

MINUS star - Do NOT use Bravofly

On June 9th, 2022, we booked our flight with Bravofly for a trip from Richmond Virginia to Port of Spain Trinidad. JetBlue would take us to Fort Lauderdale and then to Port of Spain on October 24th. This one-way trip was 694.81 USD for 4 passengers.
On June 29th we received an email from Bravofly advising us of a minor change to our flight which was by no means minor as there was a cancellation of the flight from Fort Lauderdale to Port of Spain. So that our destination was completely ignored. Also to our great annoyance they confirmed this change without our consent – "We have already confirmed the changes with the airline on your behalf so you do not need to do anything."
After 27 emails and three phone calls we were advised that we had three choices, two of which would be travel vouchers which would mean having to use this scam of a travel company and the last choice was cash refund. This company is so fraudulent that the choice of the travel voucher was made to look as if that was your only choice at the bottom of the screen there was "Other options" to click on to see all three choices.
On Aug 20th we got a cash refund of 563.88 USD.
This is by far the worst customer service we have ever received which ended up ultimately costing us 130.93 USD. We had to also book our own alternative flights from Virginia to Port of Spain. Bravofly was never able to even offer alternative viable options. We even realized that JetBlue eventually had options to go to New York and then to Port of Spain but we never even offered that. In researching we have discovered we had no recourse once we chose to book our flight through a travel agency. However, we are spreading the word by all social media means so as to prevent further persons from being suckered by BravoFly. If JetBlue has refunded the full amount to Bravofly, they have then kept the 130.93USD in an entirely unethical manner.

They are the worst travel company that I have ever dealt with them. No customer service, poor communication and last but definitely not the least, very irresponsible. I lost lots of money just because they canceled my flight by mistake. When I was informed about it (not by them of course) I could not cancel the hotel reservation and other arrangements that I had. They made a clear mistake but refuse to acknowledge it. Just search for the reviews and you will find out about their poor service.

I am trying ti make contact with any means with the company, I only get the run around from the phone to the website to the emails... and no result. Is that A SCAM company or what...

I absolutely do not recommend using Bravofly. They are clearly fraudulent and have the worst customer service ever. On our flight back from a trip booked with them, Bravofly provided us with the wrong login details for the online checkin, hence making it impossible for us to log in prior to our trip to the airport. When we had to check in at the airport, we were charged a whopping €270 in fees. I have written to them numerous times (of course there is no such thing as a customer service hotline), but to no avail. ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT! DO NOT USE!

They ripped me off of $525 and dont want to give me a refund even though I cancelled within 6 hours of booking. They say that's the airlines policy although Etihad airways has a 24 hour cooling period where you get 100% of your money back if you cancel a ticket.

Regret buying a ticket from this scam company. WORST agency ever. I dont know why they are still legally operating. I put one date they automatically changed to different date. Also they overcharged me for 70 euro.

Rip off crew

I booked flights for my soon to be daughter in law's hen party, £130 pp. Our flights were cancelled by easyJet well b4 our departure date. 4 wks later we were offered vouchers or £47 money back, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting, how do they get away with it, it's criminal. We have lost a lot of money. Never again will I use Bravofly.

A joke! This company must be a joke! This company cannot be trusted, again they are saying I have to upgrade to business class or first class after that they have confirmed that my ticket will be changed to the date I wish for and I only have to pay a little difference because I picked another date.

I paid extra for the flexible ticket to skip buying a full new ticket but it is worthless to buy a flexible ticket through this company.

Their customer service is disconnected from the real world and the workers there seem not to have any communication with each other! Every time I call the person who picks up says something different. I am truly so tired and stressed because of this unserious and unprofessional behavior.

I had booked my flight tickets through Bravofly.com for DEL to LON, within 30 minutes I realized I had booked for wrong dates, so I called Bravofly from India, and they constantly were assuring me that we will provide full refund for the cancellation, but I'll have to wait till the tickets are issued by the airline. Since I had worked for airlines back office I am aware about the ticketing rules, I insisted them to cancel it before ticketing and they continued assuring me to let it get ticketed. The reservation got ticketed and then I requested them to cancel and provide full refund. To my surprise I only got a refund after deduction of approx INR 4000.

Anyways I didn't want to wreck my brains for that, so I just requested them to refund the amount in my bank account, to which they said I'll receive an email stating my option of "Way I want refund" by Cash/Voucher. When I received the email the only option I got to select was voucher, there was no option for bank transfer (Cash). I called again to request to make it cash transfer, chats were made requesting the same (For which I have the transcripts). All assured it would be cash refund. As usual my request fell on deaf ears, I received vouchers.

Basically, do not book any flights or hotels with these mediators, they are like those agents who lie and deceive people with no remorse to extract money.

No phone number to call in USA. Refund was not 100% though I called to cancel just hours after I booked. In fact it was through email and I had to go directly through the airline after a lot of headache.

Scammers

They say they will refund but don't. No email apart of the phony email they sent and you can't reply to. The chat pretends my Booking ID is not correct when it is in fact a copy/paste from their own website. The telephone number is a recording referring back to their phony email. The group belongs to lastminute.com who is doing nothing about it,

Never Again!

I generally don't write bad reviews, but this company is so shockingly bad that I felt compeled to write one. Avoid! Impossible to speak to somebody that will understand you or actually do something to help remedy a mistake on their side, I was rudely disconnected and then went on chat again and the same thing happened, no way of communicating. Shocking how bad the experience was.

Scam website, stay away

I had cancelled my booking *******080, *******818) over a week ago and I am still waiting for refund. Now, they are saying that it will take from 15 days to 2 months for refund. I don't understand why they charge 40$ handling fee if they can not do it on time. Credit card company will charge me very high interest rate now because I don't get my refund on time. I have called their customer service many times, and explained my situation. But, they have standard response and ask you to wait. Stay away from these scam websites Bravofly/Lastminute, otherwise you will regret forever.

We wanted and purchased 3 seats for flight between DCA and LAX - 1 seat for an infant. We needed a CAR seat for safety and we willing to pay for one. They saw the age of the traveler and only purchased 2 seats - but used the amount of ALL 3. Kept telling us that an infant can't be issued a ticket - WRONG. And did nothing to fix the issue. I feel they owe me money as I did not get what I asked for that they did not use my funds correctly. If I could report them to an oversight entity I would. Terrible, terrible customer service and not helpful. Stay Away!

Impossible to talk to somebody that could help us out resceduling our flight, extremely high rates for name change. No flexibility even if we ordered full flex ticket. They ruined our vacation totally.

Never ever again. Stay away.

It is a horrible company, which overcharging people by cheating.

Last time they added a service I didn't want just when my card was in a process to pay. It charged me 30 euro more than needed.

Another case is when i had issues with a flight and they have never replied my emails or call.
I lost so much money on that ticket to Asia.

HORRIBLE.

I have very bad experience with this company. I booked 02 times my ticket and they cancel it. I was trying to contract but the call was going on more than 20 min and no one response. At least I wanted to what was the reason for canceling my ticket for 02 times. But…. Anyway…. I will not trust this company again
