I never received a confirmation after I owe Peyton ordered it never did I receive a response when they was already 6 weeks and I still haven't got my order and now they won't respond to my emails will be going to small claims court and will be going to my bank to get this disputed

I ordered the butterfly mask. The delivery was very slow, almost three weeks. The worst part is that the butterfly mask was a straight piece of fabric. There was no nose clip as described. I also ordered a blue mask for my husband and a black mask was sent instead with no explanation. I am very dissatisfied especially with the butterfly mask. In my mind this was a scam.

This company clearly took advantage of the pandemic. There is NO reason to buy from them when you can buy just as good a mask for less than half the price and get it in a few days AVOID!

It took more than a month to receive my mask and filters, and the adult mask is TINY! Moreover, the metal nose brace broke in 1st wearing and stabbed me in the face right under my eye! Very dangerous. Horrible quality! And the service was equally bad with non-response / delayed response to inquiries. Expensive, too, and total waste of my money!

I received my masks one week after ordering them. I received notices when the order was fulfilled and when it shipped. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The masks are well made and use the PM 2.5 filters. It took a little bit of time and effort to insert the filters (2-3 minutes) but that will get easier. We both wear glasses and are not experiencing any fogging. Thank you folks at Brave New Look, we will order some more. I want a Starry, Starry Night!

What junk!

After waiting over 7 weeks, I finally got them. I can now find better products in my local stores for less cost. What I got is NOT at all what they look like on line. I ordered bright pink and blue online - they did NOT show white piping around edges or white ear strings. The color I got was very pale pink and blue. I washed them and the pink/blue color has bleed into the white piping and ear strings. The material is VERY thin. The metal on one is already poking thru the white piping and is twister on the other. What garbage! I can buy better ones at my local CVS drug store. NOT HAPPY at all. Does not pay to pay return shipping. BTW: I can still see the ones I ordered on their website and they do NOT look like what I got.

After sending the above review to Brave New Look, I got a reply (sorry, we were over whelmed) with coupon for 50% off my next order. Are they serious!

Order masks and filters back in April. After weeks of waiting - told that they had been shipped. Tried to track the order once they notified me that it had shipped... through DHL. The tracking system was suspect - order never moved for a month from one city in California to another. Then there is no tracking. Cannot get ahold of Brave New Look. They just ignore customers. Do not buy from them - they are a scam... LoL... the order arrived today 4 months later. I don't know who to blame Brave New Look or DHL (the courier company). At any rate order arrived. Nothing great about the mask - jusk o. K. Brave New Look needs to be more accountable to their complaints - no one likes to be ignored.

I ordered one of their facemasks. It was OK but nothing great at all and I would not order another one again. Just a lightweight piece of cloth. Can't breathe through it still. Nothing like the hype on their website. And if you look at their website, every single one of their masks is rated a five star. They only list positive reviews. You won't find anything negative whatsoever. This is highly improbable considering there are thousands of ratings. They obviously skew their ratings. I would not recommend their masks. You still won't be able to breathe and you'll get eyeglass fog.

They substituted without my permission. They did not send what was pictured. And what they sent me was ugly and I don't want it. They refused to take it back and refused to send me anything else so far. This is a terrible company and shame on Facebook for allowing them to advertise.

I ordered masks for all of our employees back in April because I thought the extra protection was a great idea. They've emailed me 3 times to tell me order has shipped but the DHL tracking # they give me is too long to be valid. Their chat # is out of service. All emails to me have been virtually identical. I am SO glad I paid through PayPal and my company's Gold VISA. I have 2 layers of protection to ensure I get my money back and already had started the dispute process with both. DO NOT BUY FROM THEY- THEY ARE A SCAM>

Scam masks

This company is a scam, the orders take longer than they promise and the order is either wrong or missing items, they are over priced and you can not talk to no one. Not worth it, there are other Masks that are cheaper and delivered faster.

Don't buy from here

I ordered 2 adult masks, and 3 children's masks.
I only received the 2 adult masks. As I was putting the pm filter insert into the mask, the mask completely ripped apart. I spent $80 total for these masks. I wish I would have googled this company before I ordered. They have terrible reviews.

Buyer Beware!

Scam. "F" rating with Better Business Bureau. Products are poor quality. Customer service is worse. Purposely misleads. Stated cloth masks are "in stock and ships in 1-2 weeks." My credit card was charged as soon as the order was placed. Order did not arrive until 34 days later. The masks that arrived do not look like the ones I ordered and the quality is very poor. Even folded in the bag, you can see through them when held up to the light. Not worth the price paid. I requested a refund. They have offered to send me new ones. I don't think the quality will be any better. Have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

Evidently they ship out what they have in their possession at the time without caring what you have ordered.
Received different colors of masks that where not the colors I ordered. No response from them about correcting and at this point I am not hopeful. Customer service is non existent. Do not buy from this company!

I AM TODAY GIVING AN UPDATE ABOUT BRAVE NEW LOOK. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY TOTAL ORDER FROM THIS CO. THEY FINALLY ON 6/15/20 SENT PART OF THE ORDER AND ARE SAYING THEY SENT IT ALL. YOUR ONLY CONTACT IS THROUGH EMAIL AND ONCE YOU EMAIL AN AUTO RESPONSE COMES BACK RIGHT AWAY. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND NOT A COMPLETE ORDER YET. I HAVE SENT PICTURES OF WHAT I RECEIVED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS IT WILL BE FIXED AND THE NEXT EMAIL THEY ASK FO A RATING FOR THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT WITH NO ITEMS BEING SENT YET. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH A COMPANY OF THIS KIND AND THIS IS THE TRUTH. BRAVE NEW LOOK IS THE WORSE FOR ME.
