They smell yucky over your nose. Made in China.
Poor quality masks, thick and uncomfortable and don't fit properly. Customer service is terrible too. Buy your mask elsewhere.
The masks are exactly as described. Very good fit with adjustable ear loops. Also ordered a pendant which I love, received it in 3-4 days. Excellent quality. The masks took longer but I thonk they were swamped with orders because they are required most every where. When I inquired as to the delivery of masks, customer service responded quickly and they were shipped in a week. Would be nice if they had an 800 number for customer service.
I placed an order 3 months ago and i have yet to recieve my order. When i emailed them i got an automated response saying its being processed. Never again.
This company is bad business. Customer service is horrible and they are less than helpful. I would rate a zero if I could. Beware!
The company offered to deliver in 1-2 weeks in its ad. When the purchase was confirmed, it said the goods wouldn't ship for 3-4 weeks. When I asked for quicker service as I would be changing addresses, they agreed. But then they did nothing and the shipment was never expedited. Then they offered to ship to my new address with a discount. I was skeptical but reluctantly agreed. Then then proceeded to send it to the wrong address. When I found out, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They ignored that request and sent the goods anyway. Now I'm tied up in disputing the charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
What's to say? If you place a
N order and never receive the product, that's bad business. Additionally, they don't answer your emails. Just a standard, placating reply. And, I have not found a posted phone number to call. Plain and simple, this is a form of robbery. I will protest with my credit card company to the fullest extent. If they don't return my credit, they are toast too.
Order face masks from them on may 2nd, never got the masks, never got response. Look at the reviews and you will see only white people get the masks!
The masks do take awhile to come but I knew that from other masks orders coming from China like maybe close to two months. If it was not for PayPal, I would not have had a working e-mail to contact them. They responded right away with that address but it was not the address on the site, I believe. The filters looked alright and thread into the mask with a tight squeeze and then expand out when they get centered making for extra protection. There are only two layers of fabric which is cotton without the filters. I don't believe they would be very protective without the filters. The filters are not washable and the nose wire was poking though the material on one of the masks after I hand washed it carefully. I think the mask should have three layers of cotton at least plus the liner for the filter and maybe a plastic nose wire with a blunted end that is less likely to puncture the fabric. I liked that the straps were adjustable but black would be better so as not to show dirt. These masks of which I ordered two were in resealable bags and were sealed at the start. I did need to wash them by hand due to the smell from the sizing. I was grateful these masks were not polyester which are too warm to wear. Do not ever machine wash or put into a dryer.
This company has no organization with their products! I ordered 4 masks and received only 2! They claim they were sent. Tracking number given t to me was for the first 2 received. They cannot provide the second tracking #! SCAMMERS
Cancelled the order for a face mask & five filters the same day I ordered them from Brave New Look... despite reading that weeks went by before customers received their masks, I received a mask from a company called FlowMask a few days later... I ordered a professional looking grey mask and the one that arrived was black with white trim and of a lesser quality than the one ordered... had to pay shipping to return it but it was better than wasting $33.00... do yourself a favor and avoid this company
On 5/2 I ordered a mask I read it would ship in 2-3 business days several days later I emailed to check the status of my order and was told it was moving up in the queue, 2 weeks later I email again and was told it was at the top of the queue and would I like expedited free shipping I said yes, I got a email that they had shipped it, several days later I still had not received my mask, I went to PayPal to start a dispute I was done getting the run around from these scammers at BNL, the very day I started the dispute BNL sent a spam text with a dhl e-commerce tracking # that was a scam and tracked nothing!, they were supposed to sent a email when it shipped the next week they finally sent the mask on June 24,, had I not filed a dispute they would have not sent anything,! BOTTOM line, don't buy from brave new look. Ever. Scam artist.
Placed order on 5/04/2020 for 4 masks and 5 filters. Emailed their customer service 6 times in the past 7 weeks and received 2 responses. First one on 5/16 stating they were overwhelmed. The second response was that my order was to be expedited and I should receive the week after memorial day week and look forward to the shipping notification email. After waiting 2 more weeks, I emailed 2 more times to no response. On 6/20, I received the 5 filters but no masks, no emails no response. I have placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but do not expect anything to happen. Brave New Look has no concern for their customers. AVOID thes folks.
I ordered 4 masks and 10 filters on 5/17/20. Spent $79.81. This company is a rip off. Poor customer service, sent them 4 emails to cancel my order. Asked them to call me... nothing. After 5 weeks of waiting I bought masks at Target $10.00 for 4 adult masks. Today I received 4 small masks in the mail, only reason I don't throw them away is because I made a police report and BBB complaint and Bank complaint and they told me to ask first for refund of money and cancel order that still hadn't been sent. Then let police know what happened. This company is taking your money and giving you crap products. Never again!
I ordered 2 face masks the first week of May and just today received ONE mask on June 26th. I would like my other mask. Very poor service!
I ordered 4 masks. 2 arrived even though the "shipment" information said I received all 4. I keep getting the same "be patient" notice but my patience is gone. I have asked for a credit on my card, but surprise, surprise, none has come. I feel stupid for not looking first at reviews. I can only say, I have now ( at 70 yrs old) learned my lesson.
I wish zero or negative stars were an option. This company deserves the lowest rating I can give. I ordered a mask to try them out and when it became painfully obvious that they had no intention of actually shipping in a timely fashion like they indicate on their website, I emailed them to cancel the order. I then found myself engaged in an email flurry with someone named Ian (who is probably just some computer with a form letter) and who repeatedly asked me dumb questions like why I wanted to cancel and "how about I upgrade you to priority shipping!" After about 4 emails requesting to cancel, my order finally arrived out of the blue. I requested a return, no response. Thank goodness I was only out about 18.00. I had originally intended to spend over $100 on a mask for everyone in the family but something told me to start with one to try it out. I can't believe how fortunate I was to only lose $18 to this company. I can't even speak to the quality of the mask because I threw it right in the garbage. I don't trust anyone with business practices like these to make a quality mask. Stay far away from these folks and save yourself some headaches!
I placed and order for face masks because it said in stock and ships in2 to 3 business days and from my state. After the order was complete and charge pending on my credit card I received an email receipt showing 2 to 3 week delivery. I emailed back immediately and told them to cancel. I received another email saying your order has been processed and you can expect delivery in 3 to 4 weeks! I emailed back again telling them to cancel and that I would block the charge on my credit card. This all happened within a 20 minute time period, so they are quick with the automated responses!
