This unethical Business will charge you for your requested Branson Show Boat tickets then tell you it is sold out. If it happens to be sold out, you are then advised it will be 7 to 10 days before you will see a credit for your purchase. This is a very poor unethical business practice!
A ethical practice is to only charge a credit card once confirmation is granted!

Suggest bar coding tickets that can be simply scanned on IPhone to enter event. Making customers come to your center to receive physical vouchers is very inconvenient.

We saw two shows there, Irish Tenors and Celtic Ladies, and Anthems of Rock. Both were well done, with dancing and great vocals. If I have a complaint it is the music was recorded rather than live. Anthems had a guitarist who was quite good doing some lead guitar parts.

Easy to find shows and reserve time. Needed to find a spot for the Gift Card Info, but found nothing. The next day I received a phone call from them, and I explained about the origin of the gift card and that I wanted it applied to the cost of the shows. She said she was unable to do that as I had already made the reservation online. As I had not made lodging accommodations, I discovered it could be applied to that. She offered one hotel, I asked about another one, which she did check availability. I had to ask what the prices were; it was not volunteered. Finally we got reservations made and gift card applied.

I booked Reza successfully. Then website said do you want to see any other show or something like that so I added Pierce Arrow. It, immediately, charged me and I had to call customer service since I believe Pierce Arrow was not on the night we wanted. Website didn't give me a choice. I called and they corrected it, #*******, Pierce Arrow on Monday 7/31 at 8 pm. However, I have received no confirmation for that. I booked Haygoods for Sat Aug 5th. They said it was a two for one. It wasn't and I called back and tried to cancel and they said that I would only get 60% back? They gave me a gift certificate #******* for $92.55 which I haven't used yet. Since it wasn't a two for one, they should have given my money back. They said on the website, that it is posted about canceling rules, however, when purchasing on the phone, they should tell you what their cancellation policy is. Very disappointed. Easy enough. Your salesman tried to get us to go to a seminar, which I wasn't interested in. Why couldn't I just buy tickets and end it at that.
