I had a very easy time finding the show I was looking for, browsing for others, and getting a good deal. We got a buy one get one free deal! After I booked the show, I received several emails with tips for travel and confirmation.

Our shows were great. Disappointing was paying for tickets and not getting actual tickets. You gave us a piece of paper that had to be turned in at each venue for an actual ticket. You made us report in person to pay for our shows a get our papers to turn in for tickets for the sole reason of enticing us to sit through a time share presentation.
Booking was so easy. Can't wait to get there! We love to visit Branson and are so happy there everything is family oriented.

I booked two shows for the 9th and 10th of April but when I received my confirmations, one of the booking times had been changed to the 3rd of April. How can this happen since my booking date was the 6th of April.? How does an automatic system try to place you on a Date that has already passed? A quick call corrected toe date, but just the same, be very careful to check and confirm all of your activities!
Very easy online to get a package. My husband and I love Branson! We are not old... yet we are young enough to really enjoy ourselves!

Easy, peasy! Very easy to make reservations on this site. I highly recommend Branson Shows site. We have had a very good experience in Branson.
We got 4 shows for 2 adults for $100. The young man assisting us was very friendly and helpful. The only catch is sitting thru a vacation club presentation that takes 120 minutes.

In the time it took to place my order for Rigatoni's Murder Mystery Dinner Theater, the price increased by a little more than $10.00. If it was not what my wife wanted to do for her birthday, I would have passed on this purchase.
When my wife and I picked up our tickets, the experience was much worse. A lady that was made up more for a show performance than a professional encounter with the public waved us over. After standing in line for about 20 minutes and hearing multiple sales pitches, my wife was up front with her and said, "We're not interested in a sales pitch, we only want to pick up. Our tickets." She proceeded to to threaten us with refusing service and sending us to the back of the line. When neither of us responded or moved she proceeded to lecture us on our unchristian behavior. When she finished her tirade, she did several tasks before printing our tickets and throwing them at us without another word.
Having experienced the albeit minor bait and switch on the ticket price and the unprofessional behavior of this employee it should go without saying that we will never do business with your company again.
The only saving grace of the whole experience is that we enjoyed the Veterans Museum and Rigatoni's Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. They will be receiving good reviews.
