Easy to access online and see schedules. One thing I had problems with was with the Tiger Sanctuary being able to pick the type of tour so we had to pay extra when we got there. Also, having to go to the office to pick up the vouchers was problematic being on 76. Perhaps look into sending vouchers by email or be able to put vouchers in the phone wallet?
