Very reasonable bracket for a 40" Samsung flat screen. The bracket turned up very quickly as well.

The instructions could have been a little easier to follow and I had to make a little adjustment to the mount, but it does exactly what I need it to do.

I bought a simple flat bracket for my flatscreen monitor. Very straightforward although my screen is poorly designed and needed right-angle connectors to allow it to lie that close to the wall.

Cant fault the quality of the brackets or the speed of service. Plus all brackets have full specs with sizes so you can really work out what you want before ordering.

Sent me the wrong bracket, returned tracked delivery, item was delivered to them on Jan 22, still waiting for refund. Very unhelpful. Opened paypal dispute to get refund. Total rip off merchants. Avoid..

Ordered from this site as they advertise a guarantee next day delivery. WRONG! I have to wait 3 weeks. Terrible won't oder from here again I'll stick to Amazon

Bought this bracket for £58 for a 55in television when opened the words that sprung out at me was SHOULD BE FITTED BY AN EXPERT. Fitting this is very basic DIY experience, when fitted my television was very unsafe, this bracket was not fit for purpose, no joy after 8 e-mails from lee Deal with this firm at your peril. Still trying to get a refund but only get inane answers

Spoke to their customer service to get some advice about which size bracket would fit my tv as well as enable me to get it as flush to the wall as possible and they were a great help. They told me exactly what I needed and it looks great. The bracket was easy to put up and easy to fit the tv too. Quick delivery as well. I have also recommended to my girlfriends parents and they also purchased a bracket from them and received the same service.

The bracket I ordered did not fit my TV (bracket blocked the sockets on the back of the TV). Their customer service department advised me on the correct bracket I needed, sent a prepaid label to return the wrong bracket and sent the correct one without any fuss.

Will happily use them again, bracket was good quality, price very competitive and delivery time was good too, will use again.

Now had 2 brackets from this company and happy with both. First was for a 26 inch tv was sturdy steel and gives a 45cm cantilever. No problems fixing. Second was for a small tv and was constructed of aluminium. Which was not stated on the website but was pretty obvious from the photo. Needed to provide additional leather washer (made out of old wallet} to increase friction and prevent upper arm catching on lower. Having said that the product was robust and precision made. Assembly and fixing was easy Delivery and prices very good.
