Please, Please Please dont buy from this company.

Having ordered a bracket from this site for my sony bravia 40, the bracket wasn't suitable for the recess where I wanted to put it, I returned it unused having to pay nearly £5 to do so as they provide no service for this.
They suggested another bracket and I wrongly decided to pay the difference after they had had the returned bracket nearly a week later so that my husband could fix the tv at the weekend - stupid mistake on my part!
Of course after a week in their possession the item is damaged! They won't credit me the money and the courier service they recommended doesn't cover damage to goods.
I am waiting to hear if I will get my money back or a replacement bracket. I will let you know the outcome

I bought an A434BLK Full motion cantilever bracket. Arrived next day, even though that was a Saturday, free of charge. Bracket is very well made and sturdy.

This product was exactly as written on the tin as the saying goes.
No misleading instructions easily assembled and easily fitted to the wall just with your normal handy man tools.
