Bought 2 brackets this year, excellent service, next day delivery and great after-sales service. Brackets are extremely sturdy. I used Rigifix drywall fixings instead of the ones supplied - I was mounting a 50" TV and it is a tad heavy (and expensive) - but TV now sits against the wall when not in use, but then swivels and tilts to the right position wherever I'm sitting in the living room!

Not received the order 4 days after purchasing with 'guaranteed next day delivery'. The email on the order confirmation doesn't exist, the telephone number just rings out. No way of contacting them. Look on trust pilot for honest reviews.
I bought a tv wall mounting bracket and it fitted perfectly. The delivery was very fast (next day) and I'm extremely satisfied with this company and how it conducts it's business.

I was a Materials Manager for several years - I wish that my suppliers had been as efficient & reliable as this team!
I ordered what was advertised as a corner bracket for a 32 inch TV. Now bearing in mind all they do is supply TV brackets, they sent me a bracket that would give you the minimum adjustment on a flat wall, so was useless for what I wanted. When I informed them they asked me to return the bracket at my cost, then they would refund the bracket price not the postage and I could re-order. Buyer beware, do not use them.
I got the correct bracket for my TV at half the price of the major outlets. I also got the correct bracket as opposed to one that would "just do". Delivery was prompt as promised.
The delivery was exactly as they said it would be I received the Bracket the next day and was very easy to install I would definitely recommend.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Take your money and do no dispatch, do not reply to emails and staff on the phone cannot help, just tell you to email
Horrible company. They never pick up the telephone so customer service is non existent (probably fully aware that if they answer there are dissatisfied customers wanting some kind of service). The were late sending me the bracket, when it finally arrived it wasn't suitable and it cost me £13 to return it - so they just sent it back to me. No refund and stuck with a crap bracket I don't want. Absolutely disgusted. Please don't bother wasting your time and money, companies like this do not deserve your business.
I have used this company twice now. The most recent sale was for a 55" Sony TV bracket. The correct bracket arrived, well packaged, took half an hour to install, and works perfectly. I had a query, which was answered almost immediately by Lee, and satisfactorily resolved. These brackets have a leaflet inside, which says that they should be fitted by a professional. I am an IT Consultant, so this is probably not my line of work. However, they only need a little common sense, and basic mechanical knowledge. A good range of products, and quick response, excellent.
An easy site to find what is required. I checked the details of my TV against the VESA guide and ordered the wall bracket I needed. It arrived within 30 mins before the allocated time delivery slot. Sturdy construction, clear instructions and the whole project was operational within the hour! My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you.
First of all they sent a bracket that didn't fit my TV, even though the description guaranteed that it would. I contacted them and they sent a replacement. Great, right? Wrong! This didn't fit either! I contacted them again and they refused a refund as it was out of the 30 days. The reason for this, was that it took a week for the new bracket to arrive, and on average 3 days to reply to every email, and they never answer the phone. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal agreed to refund me as the company was at fault. Brackets r us refused to pay for the return, therefore it cost us £13 to return! So we are out of pocket due to their errors.
Purchased 1 bracked from Brackets R Us, they charged me for 2 and sent 2, refused to admit it was their fault and would not co-operate in returning the 2nd bracket I had not ordered. The bracket I had ordered was not as described, did not fit my TV even though the website stated it would, poor quality etc. They have no customer service and I had to chase 3 times for a refund. Dont be fooled by low prices - you get what you pay for. If you call them they are rude and unhelpful. Dont bother!
Like at least one other reviewer from here, in spite of giving exact model number for a TV bracket, I was supplied with some complete junk that was not fit for purpose. And the company refuses to refund
Despite a query on my payment at around 17:00 the bracket arrived around midday the next day. The bracket is very sturdy and although the instructions are not brilliant, all worked out well. Good product, great service.
