Ordered another 100.00 of stuff from Boxed toilet paper cat food Windex bathroom cleaner etc. It es delivered on 2 boxes one with the dry goods on it the other with the liquids. Dru goods box was fine liquid box looked like someone used it to play football with. All broken and leaking
UPS guy said just wanted you to see this you need to call the company. I did they refunded the Windex order but not the bathroom cleaner. Prices were fine just will order dry goods only
They need to pack their stuff better

Their prices are not good enough to put up with the hassle, you can get the same products at Amazon.com or Walmart.com. Or half a dozen other sites online

My first order went well, the food was fine and shipped quickly.

My second order got cancelled with no reason given. I reordered and it was cancelled again. Fraud alert was the reason given. Their system cannot link me to the address given. I ordered for a business address with the business credit card. The order is shipping to the same address as the card billing address, but the Boxed.com system cannot tolerate a name that doesn't match.

THANK YOU REVIEWERS! I am very glad I read this before using the service. My biggest concern is NOT pricing but quality & freshness (old best/use/sell by dates) and it seems to me this fails more than not, no amount of discount is worth it.
As to the reply on "stupid diapers" I am sure you don't have children & probably shouldn't, they are one of new parents BIGGEST expenses since they are used for nearly 2yrs. You sound stupid!

I bought into this feel good company that pays for employee weddings and reimburses college tuition. But three back to back orders were all delivered dammaged or aged. Batteries were from 2015, two years old, some food items were about to expire, items were obviously crushed and leaking before shipping. Customer service promised a refund. But after one week, I am still waiting for any refund or signs of life from this company. Prices were not better than Walmart. Shipped boxes were 59 pounds making it necessary to open them outside. Never again.

In a price comparison, boxed failed on having the lowest price on 5 of there best selling, flying off the shelves items, 3 of there competitors beat all there prices on the 5 items, which are,

I received an email survey from Boxed.com, I completed it and received a 20% off my next purchase. I tried to place an order and the promo code wouldn't work. I contacted customer severe and was given two options:
Place my order at full price and afterwards they will give me a partial refund (a refund amount was never stated) at a later time... The last option was that they don't have any valid 20% coupons at this time so I can take a 15% promo code - or leave it.
I chose to leave..

This is a great way for me to buy my household things online. The delivery is free after I buy 50 dollars worth. The delivery is very fast. With every order I get 2 free samples and sometimes they will put extra samples in there. They put some chocolate marshmallow Easter eggs in one order. It's the small things that make me smile. I don't know what Mom W. Is talking about when she said she couldn't deliver to someone else. I did, and had no problems doing it. Must be user error. I highly recommend boxed.com.

I shop at BJs and last time I was there, I checked pricing on items I normally get. The prices at boxed.com were maybe 5 or 10 cents higher but I am willing to pay that not to have to shop at BJs. And there is no membership fee at boxed. The shipping is very fast - I expected to wait at least a week for my shipment but it arrived in about 3 days. Their brand, Prince & Spring is great - I use their toilet paper and paper towels - both are comparable to other higher priced brands. I shop at boxed almost every week. I absolutely love it!

I just received my first Boxed.com purchase today and am extremely impressed with how quickly it arrived, 2 days, with all items ordered and packed very well. It came in two large sturdy boxes with invoices in both. The deals I received were incredible plus I can get additional credits towards merchandise by referring my friends. The website is pretty basic and easy to navigate and the free samples are a nice touch. I hope eventually they develop a customer service center where you can get someone live if needed. Other than that, this was a fabulous purchase and the main reason I am coming back is because the prices on my items were phenomenally so much lower than any other retail entity. Great company!
