I purchased 5 bulk food items and all 5 items had expiration dates 16 days - 2 months from when they were delivered. This is horrible as these are bulk items and cant be consumed in one or two feedings. Had I known that this is why the food is slightly cheaper than in the stores, I would have never ordered.
My order was canceled because they claim in was promotional abuse. I live with my roommate who uses boxed as well. They claim they sent an email to request a bank statement, which I never received. Even if they did? What would have been the point? We used different cards with different names. I didnt receive a cancellation email until the day I was expecting my order. I am so disappointed

This website honestly has the best prices on all kinds of products by far. I shop regularly.
I buy anything from coconut oil to Razor's to cleaning supplies, even office supplies, and snacks! This is a great place for snacks at amazing prices and they've got an incredible selection, so you can get things you really, really enjoy, but maybe wouldn't get all of them in a regular store because they would be too expensive.

They canceled my order without emailing me. I was trying to use the Amex offer and they flagged my order as "suspicious" - I think they just don't want to commit to the offer they advertised.

Cost of one enfamil is 49.99, where as it is available for $41.99 at Costco. Moreover you can save $5 using enfamil coupon at Costco. Almost most of the items are overpriced, and we can save more at Costco. Even though we pay membership fees, 2% cashback covers it. Boxed.com customer service Is the worst have ever seen.

UPS horrible when it comes time to deliver to my son's address in Portland Oregon. Keep placing at the wrong address... ordered BOX from another site- same thing happened. Called Box directly they quickly sent over another package. Filed a claim with UPS- argued was delivered at the correct address- total waste. Yes 4 weeks later sitting rotting at a completely different address- (he happened to take a short cut and saw the pile of boxes with his NAME and Address on it)- yet so FIRST CLASS BOX did the right thing. So grateful my son is a student. BRAVO BOX!
I wish it was a little cheaper but a great concept and love the variety. I order some foods for my mom who is house bound and she loved it and thought it was a great idea and to me it is so much better than going to the large warehouse stores.
I ordered from boxed yesterday for the first time. My order came today before 10 a.m... definetly quicker than amazon prime shipping. Everything was nicely packaged. I ordered ketchup and reeses spread and they were in plastic bags as a precaution. The ketchup bottle says 3 pack so I think I have a pretty good idea of how they make money. Works for me. Still alot cheaper than the grocery store. It dosent bother me if they break up packs as long as the seals are not disturbed. I ordered C4 pre-workout for my husband 90 servings + a bonus shaker for 59.99 which is what he normally pays for a small container of 30 servings. I also ordered a couple other random things and free samples and all are fine. Some things are a great deal some not so much. I will be ordering from boxed again.
I just began using Boxed, and my first order got cancelled. I called to find out why, and was able to get ahold of someone right away. They were helpful, informative, and were even able to help me recover rewards that their cancellation caused me to loose on Ibotta, the app I shopped through to get to Boxed. Such an amazing experience, and just for their customer service alone I will be using them for all of my bulk shopping needs!
I shop around and sometimes Boxed does not beat Costco or Amazon pricing. It depends on the product and the day but I always check Boxed and Amazon against each other. As I have Prime, if it is cheaper on Amazon I order there. However, probably 75% of the time Boxed is cheaper and I can easily order $50 worth of products and get 2 day free shipping. I wish more of my friends would shop boxed using my 15% off coupon code so I can also reap the rewards!
Great prices on many items, fast delivery, well packaged box. If your are looking for USDA organic, it is sparse here.
Some products like the super thin hangars are much, much less than even the 99 Cents Only Stores. Also true of dryer sheets which reduce static cling, a complete 1st Aid kit which every household should have in these uncertain times, and organic flour and sugar. Extremely convenient as these are very heavy items to carry. Order delivered the very next day in a super thick box.
They do offer wine from smaller European wineries. Hope they will link info on these items so we can find out more info re the quality and value.
I was not satisfied with my order and my money was refunded faster than I expected. I have no fear of doing business with Banggood in the future.

I've ordered about 10 times from Boxed. I've had two minor issues. 1) I ordered All Landry detergent and it leaked a bit. But they had put it in a plastic bag so it didn't get all over evetything. Guess they've had this issue before. 2) Box of cheese crackers came damaged and about 1/4 of the crackers were crumbs. Other than those too issues I've been very happy. You have to do your homework though. Some things are great values while other things are overpriced. The plus is that I always get my shipment the day after I order it. Usually faster then Amazon. Love that.

Friend introduced me to shop. Boxed so I don't have to go out and shop for everything I need (food, office supplies, toiletries and some canned and bottled goods. Got the surprise of my life when my order came knocking after 4days of placing it. The way the packed is a trigger for my OCD. A slight Arrghh, but over all satisfactory service.
