Easy to order = would like a bit more details on items Love the dress-fits perfectly

I put in a order didn't get any progress email's about my order and one dress looked all fall on me.

Had never shopped with this company before so was apprehensive but the jacket came really quickly and it look great on

I waited over 5 weeks for delivery with no update, terrible website, wanted them for my hols and they arrived a week after my return. All poor quality and fit, I have been trying for 5 days to get a return address and am still waiting. They keep trying to fob me off. Never will I order off this or related website again.

Horrible first took to long to get. When finally got my order too small not true to size

So far very good. How long does shipping take? Took a while to get but I expected that.

Easily ordered, did order a larger size due to comments I read. One thing that would improve the service is a tracking number to follow the delivery.

Purchased a bra and a couple of reception dress options for my upcoming wedding. One was an absolute no-go as the white dress had a dark nude underlining which was visibile throught the dress. The other option was of good quality but I had to have slightly altered to fit properly. Overall satisfied.
