I purchased 6 items way back in May 2022. I received an email saying one of the items was no longer available and if I wanted to exchange or edit my existing order so I responded. Shipping label was created on 6/28 and it still has not shipped. They took my money back in May but haven't shipped my order. The good reviews must be people they pay to write reviews. While prices are cheap, the ordering/receiving process sucks. Don't expect to order and receive your item in a timely manner.
Top broken on arrival. As site is abroad can't go through having to return goods, as had to pay extra for delivery!

I ordered a dress I saw on instagram. It took 10 weeks to get her and then it is too big and just doesn't fit right. When I go on my account, there is not purchase listed anywhere. I never received an order confirmation or shipping notification with or any kind of number with this order. There is no phone number or email address. It is impossible to return something when there is no record of a purchase except for my credit card. When you go on my account it looks like I never ordered anything. Do not purchase from this company unless you know you will keep the item.

The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture. The material was awful and cheap and the hem has just been cut roughly with scissors. It has a cut in it and cotton hanging from the seams.
Firsly I also got a 30% offer to keep it.
I eventually managed to get a return label, all sorts of problems with that.
When I returned the item they said they kept asking me to accept reduced vouchers or discounts even though the item was on it way to them in the post.
They are now telling me the won't accept the return as it hasnt been posted with Royal mail even though it has been delivered!
It is just so frustrating getting message after message on WhatsApp with offers to refund a small amount of the original cost.
I won't be shopping with them again, please avoid.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
