Well I will never order from here again, bought 295 dollars of stuff an could only wear about 4 things. What I could wear however are beautiful. My daughter made out with some of the other clothes.

Delivery took longer than expected and while I loved the dress, it was too small. I couldn't find anywhere on their website to print out an exchange slip or start the exchange process -- I had to use their "reply usually within 24 hours" chat feature. I was informed the return/exchange window had closed and that they couldn't help me. I explained the situation and that I liked the dress but needed a size that would fit, and politely requested an exception. The customer service rep repeatedly refused and now I'm stuck, never to shop at Boutiquefeel ever again.

Arrived quickly but unfortunately is the worst looking thing I've ever bought. It's shapeless, oversized, horrible material that doesn't reflect what is in the photo. Photo doesn't show that it is totall sheer. It's back in It's bag and going in the bin.

Probably should have read more detail on the material. It was like polyester, nothing like what I imagined. Wasn't suitable for what I needed. It was also much smaller than I expected.

Very easy to shop. Took a long time to get order though. When it arrived shoes were small. K wear 9.5 and got a 41. Should have gotten 42. I has to add more elastic to shoe. Real pain to do. But it would have taken forever to get correct size.

There was no communication from the company about an order confirmation or when my order was shipped or delivered. I think they do that on purpose so you can't return items that are defective. Really poor customer service.
