I had high hopes because the panties looked so pretty but when we got them they were too big and just didn't look nice. Shipping seemed to take a while but everything that comes from so far away takes time.

Irdeee two tops and a pair of slacks. The top seemed to be true to size and good quality but the pants would have fit a 12 girl. I ordered an XL and they look like an extra small.
The products arrived, but too small. I contacted the online the day the products arrived which took well over a month to arrive. I explained about the size and asked about a larger size it was not available and then I was offered 20% refund and keep the products due to the cost of postage. Then offered 30%, which I declined and said I need to return them as no good to me in the size. I was given the return address and advise to pay for the return parcel to be tracked by Royal Mail. Then to send the company a copy of the postage receipt. This I did and they are just refusing to give me any refund. It cost me £22.85 return postage and my order cost was over £70. In total I out of pocket over £90 with dealing with this company and nothing to show for it.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
