I was not happy with my order i ended up giving it away.

The dresses I ordered were as cheaply made as absolutely possible. Paper thin and more like Halloween costumes. Wayne costumes. Getting a run around trying to get my money back. Do not ever order from this company.

The delivery was okay, one dress didn't look anything like the picture though and the other was way to see through and very tight

Overall I had a terrible experience. The items took a very long time to arrive, by which time I did not need the items as I ordered them for an event. The items then arrived and looked nothing like I thought they would. I tried to return all items but found it terribly difficult to do so. It was so hard to generate a ticket. Very confusing, especially how you advertise ‘easy returns'. This was far from it. Instead of getting a return the advisor gave me other options to keep the items which I did not want. Finally when I got instructions to return the items - it cost me £30 to return them. An absolute joke and I am quite disgusted by the whole process. I will be telling my friends not order from you. Unless you can refund me my postage for returns.

Loved the blouse but I ordered a size bigger than I needed, however, I should have got 2 sizes bigger, it was too tight

Online shopping experience was good. Sizes should state that you may want to order the product in larger size than you would normally select.
