I sent an email within a couple of minutes of placing my order, online, explaining that I meant to have these books shipped to a different address. I talked with someone on the phone a few hours later, who told me that they had received my email and that there was still time to get the address corrected, and that someone would call me back. No one ever did, and, sure enough, the package was sent to the wrong address.

I will not be selling any more books to Booksrun. You never get the price that was quoted for the books you send to them. I have sold to them four times and the price was reduced three times and nothing was wrong with the books. I have sold to several other vendors and this never happened to me. I have marked Booksrun from my list to sell books to.

BooksRun had great fast shipping and in great condition as well! I was looking for this textbook because it was required for my university class. I looked everywhere, but the shipping days did no satisfy my needs. I needed the book in less than 4 days and in arrived to me in 3 days! The book is loose leaf and can be used in a 1 1/2 or 2 inch binder.

I needed two books for an online class. Given the timeframe for its start date, I estimated I had enough time to have them delivered. I was disappointed with the delay in my receiving my books (as an issue had arisen with a discrepancy between my address and cc info), but instead of notifying me, I was left to determine that for myself, two weeks after my courses had begun and after regular checking of the mailbox. Also, the promo code had expired by then. I was offered another but at a lesser discount via email. (Need to ensure I actually received the 5% back.) Otherwise, I was very pleased at the condition of the books I received. The latter is my reason for four stars instead of three.

I have used Books Run 4 times and it's super easy. They have their process down to a science. Super easy. Enter the ISBN number to determine the book's value, print the pre-paid shipping label provided, drop it off at post office, and receive a check in the mail 3 weeks later.

Book with spiral spine sent in paper mailer with no protection for the spine. Spine was damaged in three places making the book difficult to use. The book I ordered was described in Very Good condition. I was given full credit for the book but would have preferred the book in very good condition.
