First I tried to cancel my order, that was showing not shipped. Only to be notified there are no humans to take a call. The order came over a week later. I still wanted to return the order, only to have an email 72 hours after order delivery saying it's not possible to return the order. Nearly $300 spent and available help. The phone number available for the company states no one will ever answer your call, and to not expect assistance. It also states not to repeat your concerns and it will only further delay service. I'm still trying to get service from anyone other than Viola, who clearly was hired the day before her text to me. I will never recommend nor purchase anything from a company that has no follow up or real customer service.

I reached out to Booksrun weeks after part of my order was received as one of the books never arrived. In fact, the tracking shows the label was created but the book is still waiting to be sent! I still have not received a credit for the book that I paid for and never received.

Absolute worst company ever. Felt like a scam, needed help figuring out on how to get a return label and they had the worst communication it felt like they were prolonging the issue so they could charge me. Don't use them for book rentals
Beware that Booksrun will offer 1 price and then email you "new prices based on condition" that are completely bogus. Highway robbery. Additionally, they agreed to buy a book for $5 that is in perfect condition, and "will not return it to me because it may be counterfeit". BS. I requested that they return the other books as I refuse to be ripped off like that. I would rather pay the return shipping of $20 to avoid letting them make money off of sales tactics that are basically criminal. DON'T USE THEM. USE TESTBOOK RUSH OR OTHER. THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF
First to be fair when I rented my book books run got it to me quickly and it was exactly what I was looking for. That being said it turned out I didn't need it and I've contacted them through their customer service number multiple times and no one ever responds. I am trying to return the book early as I will be leaving the country and I don't want to have it auto renew while I'm gone. Very frustrating that no one will follow up. They should be better than this.
I'm an avid reader and regularly buy books. I used to buy from Amazon by default, but lately I've been looking for ways to save money. I'm thankful I found BooksRun. I was able to buy a brand-new book at a much lower cost than Amazon.
