I had an issue with an order I placed last week. I mistakenly added insurance to it. I tried to find a way to reverse that, but couldn't, so I canceled the order. However, I am now being told that the bonus code in the canceled order cannot be re-used. I submitted an inquiry, and have heard nothing. I have a box of books sitting here waiting for a bonus code.
