The book came in a timely fashion, but I emailed many times to try to find out why a return label wasn't included, and finally was told that it would be mailed later. If this had been made clear at the onset, it would have made things easier.

I sent in my books. They werernt able to buy them, due to missing pages (was a loose leaf book) so totally my fault! Maybe ill pass inspection next time!
