I had seen references to this book online, and I was preparing a talk about a portion from the Torah that was addressed by this book. You had a copy at the right price, so I bought it. You got on the order immediately, and I had the book within a few days. That gave me plenty of time to get my work completed.
I was totally satisfied with this transaction. Condition was accurately stated, the item was packed well and shipped promptly. I would not hesitate to buy from you again.

The book came on time, but if you're renting take picture because mine came halfway out of the package/ripped. Luckily mine was bought.

Sent in a book in good condition but was told it was in poor condition and offered me less than half of my original quoted price. If I had sent it to any one of the other 5 vendors offering only a few bucks less I then would have been paid far more than the amount I received from BooksRun. Don't bother with trying to reach a live person from this company as your messages & emails will go unanswered. I recommend sending your items to another vendor whenever possible, especially if you receive a slightly lower price quote, at least you will most likely receive the full quoted amount. Try BookScouter.com as they will compare buyback prices from 44 various vendors. I truly regret sending my book to this company thinking I was going to make $2.00 more than my next best offer.

I received my book so quickly after placing my order. The book was in excellent condition. Also, I love that they gave me an option to buy my rented book as well! KEEP IT UP!

I rented two textbooks from this company and required an additional extension period. I called to set this up before the deadline, and they told me I was all good to go. A few weeks later, they charged me the FULL PURCHASE price for the books because I did not return them by the original deadline. They responded that I had indeed requested the extension and that they should not have charged me, but that they do not offer refunds. This company is a SCAM. I could have purchased these books new for 1/2 the price I have been charged by them. A decent company would refund unauthorized charges that they made in error.

I usually find the best deal for any particular book on BookFinder.com, and this time it led me to BooksRun. I finally went ahead and made an account (this wasn't my first purchase with the company). Bought the book I needed and it arrived swiftly and exactly as described. I'll be happy to keep shopping with BooksRun!
