I rented a book from them a week ago that came torn! The rental said that the used book was in very good condition. I wouldn't have rented from them if I knew I would get a torn book! I tried to contact them 3 times right after I got the book and never got a response back from them!
I am going to take them to small claims court and get my money back. How dare they send such garbage!
I am also reporting them to Better Business Bureau!
