My book was delivered very fast and in great condition. It is an old book but looked almost new and it was totally unexpected to receive it so fast. Great service!
Update - the business reached out to me to offer a discount to compensate for the damaged book. I do appreciate that, and i believe this was a shipping issue not a fault of the company - however, had they used a box to ship the book, rather than a bag with no protection like bubble wrap; i believe this would not have happened. I also think this is an issue that someone else might also encounter going forward if books are shipped only in a thin plastic bag for shipping
