Received an email that my buyback order# ******* was paid and that I would receive a check in 3-20 business days but no later than December 10. I have yet to receive any check in the mail for my order.

For my most expensive book they claimed it wasnt "authentic" but failed to explain the testing process or give proof.

Don't sell your books here unless you want them to steal your books and not compensate you for them.

I purchased the book from my college book store back in 2017. I don't keep receipts from that far ago so there was no way for me to "prove" it's authenticity. What a joke...

It's been over a month since I shipped my books, and I still haven't received my payment. This company offered the bare minimum for my books, and overall, my experience has been terrible. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The book I ordered was exactly as described. It was in excellent condition, reasonably priced, and arrived quickly. Very satisfied.
