The textbook I ordered was a loose-leaf copy. However, some of the pages cannot be used in the binder because the holes are ripped, and other pages are folded. But the other Textbook ordered was in good condition.

Ordered a book for a college class. With the holidays I forgot to order far enough ahead of time. My book was shipped immediately and I received it in time for class. Books Run did a fantastic job getting my book on time and correctly without paying extra shipping.
My book was noted as very good condition. However the cover was torn, it was a bit dirty and the binding was cracked. I've requested a refund which would include free return shipping but haven't gotten a reply. It's not worth returning but I want my money back. Will not buy from them again.

Initially the process of getting my quote for my books was very easy. Then it all fell apart as soon as the processed my books. My account shows paid on December 6! It is now Jan 20th. I have emailed and chatted regarding my refund. My ticket was closed stating resolved when in fact I still do not have my funds. I have emailed them and still have yet to get a response. I am very disappointed and wondering if I got scammed!

First the book seller took money off my debit card what they charged for the book. Then a week or so later the money was put back on my debit account.

After waiting a month for payment for my books they received. I reached out to customer service and they took weeks to respond. I finally got a response, I responded back but no answer. Still waiting for my payment. It's been over a month. Will not be using this site again.
