Purchased book early June and didn't get it till early July, came up with excuse on why it took almost 8 days to ship. I won't buy from here again

If you're looking to find a book that maybe is sold out everywhere, don't buy from here. This place charged us the price of a new book, but it was torn, marked up, and missing the book jacket and CD--and they just said it was in "good" condition. NEVER buy from this place. There are plenty of other good places to go. Customer service isn't helpful, either. They'll put you on hold forever with a robot.

After finishing graduate school, I had multiple books that I knew I wouldnt use again. BooksRun helped me to clear up some space on my book shelf and put a little cash back in my pocket. Easy, simple process to follow! Only drawback was the turnaround time was over 3-weeks after shipping the books to the company thus the 4-star rating.

I got the books I ordered. It took a little longer than I expected for two of them, though not a ridiculous amount of time. I haven't seen the credit card bill yet so I can't comment on incorrect charges that some review mention, but assuming that the charges are correct, I'm overall satisfied.

I ordered the wrong version of a textbook. When I found out, I made a new order. Although over 14 days had passed since I received the original order, BooksRun's customer care representative agreed and made a full refund to me without charging me any restocking fee in a timely manner. Very responsive. Great communication. Shipping was fast and well packaged both times. I will be happy to order books again from Booksrun.

I ordered a used hardcover book for my occupational therapy program and the book is in excellent condition. I couldn't believe that the book was used. Will be buying more books from here in the future. I wish I would have known about BooksRun in undergrad!

Great transaction. Book was exactly as described, some underlining and a few margin notes but no missing pages and overall very usable. The shipping was fast and item was well packaged. Excellent price for a student book I would have ended up paying way more for if I waited until September.

Booksrun has a great platform and offers pretty competitive pricing compared to a lot of the other buyback sites. I'd recommend them for sure, and would definitely sell books to them again
