Sent a brand new book and got an email offering less than quoted stating due to water damage. The picture they provided did not even show water damage so I think this is a pattern for this company. Read other reviews that stated exact same issue! Quoted one price only to receive much lower payment due to "water damage"

This company is terrible! I have sold to them expensive medical text book. After booksRun received my book, they sent me an email saying that book has watermarks and they can pay for it only 1/3 of the agreed amount of money! BooksRun would ship my book back; however, they requested my credit card number to pay for the shipping.

I ordered my two favorite books, for my friend's birthday, as gifts. His birthday is this weekend. I truly thought I wouldn't get them 'til closer to the holiday, and would have to come up with something else. One book came in yesterday, and the other, today. I'm thrilled!

My book was not expedited like I paid for and when my book was delivered, the cover copy was almost torn off. I contacted customer service and I am not pleased with their service! I HIGHLY do NOT recommend

If I could rate this zero stars I would. While originally being told that my books would be paid for in the amount of $57, after receiving my books they then decrease that amount to nothing. My books were both looseleaf textbooks and because they were jumbled around during shipment and some of the pages became wrinkled the book was no longer acceptable to them. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be using the site again. It is of no fault to myself that the books were jumbled during shipment and I should not have received such a lowered amount for payment.

I sent 4 books back and was quoted $168 on my return only to be told later that one of my books had the wrong sticker which knocked off $103. And now I've been waiting over a week to get money via PayPal that I told would be instant. I'll never do business with them again and suggest nobody else does either. If I could give zero stars I would!

I sent my book out in a box I found just laying at home and inserted the paper inside and packaged the shipping label outside. It only took about 2 weeks to get there and to receive my payment. It was the exact amount as promise and it was really easy to drop it and get paid!
