Great! Books are usually in good shape when they arrive, but my latest purchase was two books which shipped separately. One of which was in a large cardboard box with no other protection so there were dents and minimal tears. It wasn't too bad but was surprising.
My delivery got sent to the wrong door even though I had my unit number clearly on my shipping address. In addition to this, 3 out of the 6 books I ordered were dirty. For 2 of them I was able to wipe off the dirt but the third one is unfortunately stuck that way. This book also came with a few pages that were creased and doesn't look like a new/gently used book.
