I was a bit skeptical of placing my order as I had read that books may come with different covers and possibly damaged but I figured for half the price of Amazon why not try it out. I was not disappointed, shipping was relatively fast, I got them three days before expected. I would definitely consider ordering again if the book I am looking for is available through them.

This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet, and I can say that it won't be my last. The book arrived in excellent condition (I can't believe I paid a fraction of the price for brand new books!), and my order was delivered within a few days of ordering. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nothing but good things to say about this site. Put through 2 large orders so far and they come quickly with very high quality books. I will be a lifelong customer for sure! Only draw back is no tracking for parcels, but haven't had any issues getting them so no complaints!

Everything from Book Outlet's end was perfection. Great selection, wonderful prices, and I even was able to get two books signed by the authors!
The only things I wasn't happy about were strictly due to Canada Post - the box my books were shipped in was pretty beaten up upon arrival, it was left in the rain (!) instead of on my covered front porch, and my delivery was "Out for Delivery" for multiple days. None of this was Book Outlet's fault :) Luckily my books were all mostly ok! One got damaged but went out to a local small bookshop and picked up a replacement.

Not enough details for the book descriptions, no sample inside pages, no total pages, no published year etc.

I found a couple of items from my TBR that were new releases and some that were older releases. All at great prices!

Not only were the books I ordered a terrific price, the check out process was great but the delivery was so quick with great communication. This was the first time I ordered from Book Outlet. But definitely not the last.

I ordered 4 interior design books and was pleased that they all arrived within 10 business days, in perfect shape, and at a price that can't be beat. It would have been preferred to use a courier that delivers to the door. It would also be helpful to have book reviews available (I had to go to other sites to read before ordering on Book Outlet)... I will certainly order books this way again.

I ordered a copy of The Complete Anne of Green Gables from Book Outlet and sadly when it arrived the box and first book were damaged. I reached out to their customer service team to report the damage and see what they could do, and they offered to replace the entire set free of charge.

The team members I spoke with were kind and expedient and the new set arrived just the other day, in perfect condition. It's now the crown jewel of my collection.

Order received and the books are all in excellent shape.

If you're looking for deals on books, hardcover, paperback, trade paperback and even library binding then this is the place. Books are overstock from other major booksellers, but are not used copies. Aside from a possibly occasional crimped corner or price sticker these books are in excellent condition. Each book has a small dot on one of the sides of paper to show that it's an overstocked title, but you wont see if when your books are shelved. Ideal for those who love hardcover books but don't want to pay upwards of $40 per title!

Good bargains and good prices! The shipping is fast, and payment is easy. Would recommend to anyone!

I'm trying to encourage my 8 year old to read, and he's really gotten into a series of books. As soon as one finishes, he can't wait to start the next one. A series of 10 books at $15 each sure adds up! I was so happy to find a few of them here for half the price!
