Everything great but shorted on my last order by one book. I've sent in a request to have rectified.

IF YOU WOULD PACK THE BOOKS WITH SOME SORT OF PROTECTION. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS?

I can't count the number of ripped covers and dinged up corners because the books all slosh around in those giant boxes you use.

Can you not source a smaller box perhaps? Please recognize that the quality of the shipment matters. I know the books are pennies on the dollar, but the shipment matters.

The prices were amazing and the items came with a handful of days, however, one of my items: a large coffee table collector book, came damaged

I've ordered from here many times before but this time was pretty bad. Their shipping takes forever to begin with but then my order got lost in the mail. Since it had been weeks since I'd ordered the first time, some of the books were no longer available to replace. The replacement order again took forever. When the box arrived it looked like someone kicked it all the way here. USPS wrapped it in tape saying it arrived to them in that condition. Then upon checking the box, a book was missing. It's honestly too much hassle to contact again for $5, but it's extremely annoying.

Affordable good quality books for kids which cost full price online in other places. Best deal out there and has been our go to since covid for getting books for our children. Thank you!

This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet. I ordered 4 books and received them in 4 business days. All the books were in great condition and I'm very pleased with the service and quality of the books. I will definitely order again.

Book outlet is great and I love how you can search based on age groups. There are always plenty of books on sale so it's wonderful. My only complaint is that the books sometimes comes with ripped corners.

Everything was great, the only thing was I could not open the tracker to see where the books were.

The books I ordered came a day earlier than expected.
One book which had a white cover was a bit smudged with some sort of dirt, but thankfully it wiped clean.
Otherwise I love ordering from the Book Outlet.

This was my first time ordering books through this provider. Im SO happy with the customer service, delivery time and of course the prices. Most, if not all, the books I had ordered were at least 40% off. When i received the books there was no defects or issues at all. They were all brand new. I will for sure be ordering through them again AND have already told a few friends about their website/service.

While I appreciate the books for my classroom, I thought the books I ordered were all soft cover, but many were hard cover which doesn't match my book collection in my classroom. It just makes storage an issue.

Great prices and quick delivery. We were able to find all of the books we were looking for.

Ordered about $100 worth of books. Shipment lost in transit after about 2 weeks. Shipment was immediately re-sent; out-of-stock items were refunded. Lost shipment came though as well. Was not charged extra or expected to return extra products. Excellent customer service. However, both shipments came in boxes that were far too large without packing material; books shift around and some are damaged (this has not been an issue with earlier shipments).

Heard about the site from a friend. Starting looking for one specific book. Ended up purchasing 11.

This is the first time that I have ordered from this website, as I had just learned about! I was really excited to see the prices and so much great product! However, upon receiving the product, I knew there might have been some marks on the pages, as it is an outlet, I just didn't realize that the pages would be ripped and the binding falling apart. That part was a little disappointing. But overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I ordered 14 books for my first order. It took over 2 weeks to receive and the box was ripped and dented and 7 books were missing. I called customer service and they immediately shipped 6 of the books and credited my card for the one book no longer in stock. I received the new books about a week and a half later. All books were new and in good condition. Would definitely recommend Book Outlet to others.
