After having Canada Post lose my package, I communicated with a Book Outlet rep. And had the problem resolved quick and efficiently. I have ordered many times in the past and this is the first time something like this has happened and I now have the confirmation that Book Outlet takes care of their customers. Thanks

Great prices however two out of the three books were damaged when they were delivered. The first one had a lot of sticky stuff on the pages so a handful of pages were ruined when trying to flip the pages but they were stuck together. The second book came with a ruined cover (had a bunch of slices on the front cover) looks like an exacto knife went through it a couple times.

Until a couple of years back, when I ordered something I was generally satisfied with the way the books were packed and they arrived undamaged. Now, it seems like the packing folks just dump the books inside the box with no protection and books arrive damaged. This frustrates me no end.
It has always been slow to get stuff (shipping happens from Canada and i live in California) but that never bothered me.

Everything I expected from looking at the website I got - just as promised. This is the way business is supposed to run.

Lots to choose from, find a book that I have been looking for for a while. Site is easy to navigate and shipping time was very reasonable

I absolutely love Book Outlet and love being able to find all kinds of books, puzzles, craft kits at a more affordable price. I am always surprised at the availability of all different types of books, authors etc.

Shipping was very quick and the book was well packaged. I found it here for $20 less than other online stores. The book itself is awesome and I can't wait to start filling it out to give to my daughter someday. I took 1 star off my satisfaction with the product because the book has some religious sections that are of no use to me.

The prices of the books were amazing and for the price, I was overall happy with my order. However, out of 3 books, 2 of them had stickers which when removed left sticky residue on the cover/dust jacket and the back cover of the 3rd book was a bit roughed up.

This was my third order from Book Outlet. All three orders were packed without any sort of filler, meaning the books could move freely during shipment. One paperback in this order arrived with a fold crease down the length of the back cover which had been flattened out at some point. Another paperback arrived with a third book wedged inside the pages; several pages on the top and bottom fore edge and the cover were bent and creased at those points. The damage was severe enough that I contacted Customer Service and submitted photos. A replacement arrived in the mail about a week later.

While I know Book Outlet sells remainders, I did not realize it sells damaged copies without describing them as being damaged. I'm unhappy about the haphazard packing so books which were presumably in good condition may arrive damaged. On the whole, I prefer to shop from used book dealers because they accurately describe the condition of a book and pack with care to ensure the book arrives in the condition at which it was sold.

Delivery was really quick, received item a couple days after ordering.
Book was in great condition, looked almost like new.
