Books, which I expected to be "used", were, in fact, brand new. The price was very low. The delivery was on time. The shipping cost was very good.
All told, this experience totally exceeded my expectations. I'd say I was 110% satisfied.
Quality control questionable- don't you check book condition before dropping in mail? Even the process for responding to your email requesting a review is more complicated and time consuming than it needs to be.
This was my first time using 'Book Outlet' and I couldn't be happier with the price, the service and the delivery. I will surely be back to their site to look for more books from them now that I have found them.

Never received my package. Delivery service that is used isn't very good. They took a picture saying the package was delivered however upon checking my front door the said package was not there. Very disappointed especially because I cannot reorder the same books as they've gone out of stock. Will not be shopping here again unless delivery service is changed to something more reliable.
The books were sent un a timely manner by Canada post and packaged well, but one book had a discount sticker on the front which when taken off left sticky residue and the second vook had a messy price sticker kn the back which did had the same problem and there was also a black felt pen mark on the bottom of the books pages. If you are buying your books for a gift, it maynot be worthwhile
The website is sometimes difficult to navigate. Most books showed up in good condition, except for 1.

Your company sells books. You should know that you need heavy duty boxes. Just because a box can "hold " x amount of pounds doesn't mean it is suitable for shipping that weight across the country. I have a camera roll full of pictures of boxes I receive from your company that arrive damaged and taped by the Postal Service.
I purchased the book I wanted at $10 cheaper other stores I was looking at. My order was delivered quickly and the book was in great condition.

Bookoutlet is a good site to browse through bargain books and rare finds. You may find book 5 of a series or the whole series (if you are lucky). In the last year alone, I believe I bought over 20 books from them. The point system and the gift certificates are always a welcome incentive.
The downside is that the website needs UX work regarding its filtering, mobile experience, and filtering. Another issue is tracking. Shipment is slow, and delivery date reliability is a hit or miss. It should be better, especially if you live where thievery happens.
It is a great source for book lovers, but if you get the chance, buy from their shop directly rather than online.
The search bar could work a little better (like not listing books for the article "The" when one searches for something like The Three-Body Problem).
I would also love to see the "other books from the same author" feature.
