Bought 6 new books for $40. Books arrived in less than 1 week and in perfect condition.

I was so happy to see the great price on the book I wanted. It was such a great price that I ordered three. I read reviews and. I thing suggested that used inventory was being sold or that books might come damaged.
Two of the three books are fine but one had clearly been sitting in storage of poorly stored. The front of the book is scuffed and stained along the front side of the spine. I am disappointed as they were all gifts.
I imagine this is part of the price of a great deal. I would hesitate before buying as a gift again. Otherwise, price was great and delivery was very quick.

I like going around Book outlet, there is always something good to get at a great price
The delivery time is fast, usually in less than a week
The defects in some products are most of the time barely visible or minimum

The bad is that I always get more that what I was thinking initially because the good prices

1 of the titles I received was damaged. After emailing with a request for a replacement or refund, I quickly received a reply that a replacement was available and received it within 5 days of initial contact.

Book looks used, has black marks all over, and cuts in the back side of the book.

Found a specific type of cookbook I wanted based on online reviews (and also having a chance to preview it from my local library). I liked the content, and when I found it at BookOutlet with the price indicated, it was a no-brainer to buy. Book arrived as per the automated notifications, so no issue there. For the shipping cost, I thought the delivery time was fair.

Book Outlet is such a fantastic website for ordering discounted books to add to your collection! Their selection is always up to date and expanding, their customer service is incredible and their shipping times are very quick + as promised. I can never go back to purchasing books at full price from other book retail competitors. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Book Outlet and I recommend it to everyone looking for bookstores!

I think book outlet should package their books a bit better. Nothing was wrapped or secured in place. Just in a giant box freely. Some books had slid inside of others and bent back pages and covers which is just a bit lazy.

Efficient price, books came in a week. 1 book was a bit damaged but love the service as on other places the price is high.

The price of the books is unbeatable however, I was a little disappointed when I opened the box to find the one cover ripped. I'm not sure if it was from the delivery process or that's how the book was sent. But either way I wasn't expecting tonpay for a ripped book

I have always really enjoyed ordering from book outlet. But this time was absolutely outstanding, I had accidentally ordered two of the same book, they had given me the refund and told me to donate the book, which I did to a local thrift store. Next time, I'll have to pay for it to be sent back, but it was nice that I didn't have to for the first time.
I love that book outlet gives new life to books instead of them going to a landfill because of a marking on it.

Book Outlet both online and in store (in St Catharines, ON) is great. The deals are good, especially when on extra sale or close out. Selection of various titles is in a series of books (fiction) is often spotty due to the nature of overstock sell offs. When the local store has a sale day (XX$ per box of books) it's amazing. My only consistent wish and repeated recommendation is that they provide a free local-pick up at the store option no matter what the total purchase price.

I ordered a bunch of books to use in the classroom and was short two different books due to stock being short. This left me short. Money was refunded would have preferred the option to wait for stock to come in. One book arrived in less than condition and with sticky stuff one it. Rest were in great shape.

I ordered 15 book, only got a box with 10 of them. Reached out to customer service several days ago and haven't heard back at all.

I am very happy to have found this site. It has introduced me to new authors and new books and keeping my collection overflowing while spending less them half of what I would normally spend.

Pros: Great prices on hardcovers and pretty good selection on books and updated weekly. Most new releases will be on here a few months later if you are willing to wait. So far quality has been great on all my purchases.
Cons: I wish the favorites/wish list section was organized by when the item is added or could change how you wished to see it. I also wish you could create more wish lists then just the one. So I can keep the crafts and baby stuff or gifts to others away from my likes.

Something to work on: It would be cool if an item you wanted was out of stock that an email would be sent to you when it was back in stock. But I can understand if its not possible because you don't know if it will be back in stock.

Books arrived quickly and in great condition. Lots to choose from and great prices.

Had to contact company twice, first time order was lost
Second order was missing a book, had to contact for a refund
