Ive used Book Outlet many times to purchases books - either personally or for my book club. The quality of the books is great - never have had any issues, the website is easy to navigate, and the delivery is quick. I always check here before buying anywhere else!
The book price was reasonable my only problem was the cover was torn and I felt that it was not handled with care. As a company you should make sure this is done I collect cook book and like it to be in mint condition
I got lots of great children's board books for my grandchildren at very reasonable prices.
I have been a customer at bookoutlet since 2004 and I have found the site to be one of the best on the net for low prices, quality books, prompt and inexpensive delivery, and great customer service. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly rfecommended.
No complaints about pricing/shipping. My only disappointment was that one of my books came slightly damaged. It wasn't the biggest deal as it was for my daughter. When I emailed about the damaged book, they were great and the issue was satisfactorily resolved.
Good prices but the shipping requirements made ordering take longer and I had to order more items to get free shipping. The shipping took very long and I was disappointed I got them at the end of my 2 week vacation even though I ordered them the week before.
Had a small glitch trying to order but customer service came through and I received my books in 3/4 days.

I really love this website. Since recently discovering book outlet, I have made 9 large purchases within the first month. However, so far 3 deliveries have arrived opened and unsealed at the bottom, causing loss and/or dirty, damaged books. Also, I would recommend placing bubble wrap in each box to help prevent shuffling and damage.
I've also received several hardback copies where the spine and the page folds showed signs of being read. If these books are advertised as new, I'm expecting new. There's nothing like cracking open a fresh new book. My avid readers would agree.
I must add that Book outlet has graciously stood by there cover to cover guarantee. I've spent hundreds on books this month and will continue to support businesses with great customer service!

If purchased elsewhere it would have been more than double the cost. Book condition excellent, delivered as promised.
Overall a positive experience. However I would not order gifts from this seller again. Corners of the dust jackets on 4 of the 6 gift books I order were a bit damaged due to improper packing. The box was sturdy but nothing was placed within it to keep the books from sliding and banging together. The damage is minor enough to keep the books but still makes me feel bad about giving them as gifts. If it were for my own personal reading I'd be less disappointed.
Received order, 2 books damaged. 1 hardcover bent and 1 had pages severely crumpled. Not as advertised since books are to be overstock copies and not used or damaged. Hit or miss which is unreliable. Will shop elsewhere, do not recommend
