Every book I've ordered has been in great shape, just like if you would buy it brand new at a book store. You can not beat the prices and shipping is not to long either.

It was good every thing came at about the right time.

Book came quickly and even with shipping cost less than another online retailer.

Books are poorly packaged in a cardboard box without proper padding. One order arrived mangled (it's a miracle no books fell out), and the second arrived with damage to the books. Embarrassing when the books are supposed to be a gift.

I was under the impression from the image I was receiving a board book. Instead, I received a paperback book with a different looking cover page.

I ordered baby books for my little niece. Unfortunately, the books came with faded covers; the books looked second-hand. Unfortunately I didn't have time to exchange or return them for my nieces birthday so I had to give them to her, regrettably. The puzzles I ordered came in great shape, but I know now perhaps not to buy books from this site again.

Probably the best find all year. Cheap books, lots of selection, fairly fast delivery. I am a frequent customer and try not to buy from anywhere else!

I was leary because the prices were so low but wow was I impressed with my order when it came!

Heard about a book online and found it at Book Outlet for a fraction the cost of new, ordering was easy, came quickly and in great condition.

Very good. Website is easy to use. Price, delivery time, and packaging were all excellent.

This is the perfect book for avid puzzle solvers. It easily fits into a handbag yet the grid is large enough to fill in. Like that it is divided into 3 levels of difficulty and even comes with its own bookmark. I already bought the first black edition and was pleased when this blue edition came out. The price is excellent as it retails for double on other sites. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to find and choose my items. I was able to chose or discard items, other companies send email to ask if you want the item Book Outlet doesn't do that.

I paid significantly less for my books than I would have at your average bookstore, however, a couple of the books we worn and/or covered with torn Kohl's sticker in the front cover with was a pain to clean up. Still the others were in fine condition.

I ordered sticker books and a booklet of decorative bookplates. I loved everything that I ordered and it came much quicker than expected!

I love to read and when I stumbled across this store I was thrilled. With a growing family I don't have much money to spare. My only issue is that you can't always get full series at once. Sometimes they have book five but no book one so you are unable to start the series at the beginning. Which I hate! But I love getting a box full of books in the mail, it's like Christmas for me!

I've been a customer over the past 10 years and for the most part the offerings are good value for decent books. Just recently I placed an order which somehow was mixed up with a someone else's order and I received 4 novels that would have been of interest to a teen… This is a rare event (first time in 10yrs for me) but I was really looking forward to a couple of the items that were available in limited stock. By the time the shipment arrived (with someone else's order) they were sold out. Customer service immediately refunded my money with an apology…. Subsequently, the other two books in my order were sent to me as compensation for the botched order. I'd say that was an appropriate response and was grateful for the gesture.
Only 4 stars because sometimes (not often, but occasionally and once with an expensive $50 book) the condition of the books are pretty rough… I've received slashed covers, torn pages and heavily worn spines.
In general though, the books are good value for money and the selection is mostly very good…

I'd recommend this place if you can wait for a few days to receive bookings. The price is very good! There might be a few minor scratches or marks, but they are very minor and they don't bother me. The process time could be a bit longer than others stores, but consider the price, I think it's worth it. One problem I had was that I couldn't find all the books I wanted. I purchased a series but 1 of the books was missing (out of stock I guess). Too bad for that. The collection could be improved. I'd like to have more varieties, but overall, my experience is good.

Great experience. Found the purchasing part on the website a little wonky at one point, but other than that a great experience overall. The books were a lot cheaper than Amazon, and arrived in a very short time. Will definitely order from them again.
