Every time I order I get exactly what I need. The prices are unbelievable, and they help us fill out our much-loved, much-visited bookshelves.

Shipping is a tad slow, but with free shipping from Ontario to Alberta on orders over $45, I just plan accordingly.

I hope I get to enjoy purchasing from this business for many years to come.

I ordered books and one came in a bit damaged. I emailed the company and they sent a new book quickly and told me to keep the old book or donate it. Great customer service and super quick.

Book Outlet service excellent but after two weeks still had not received order due to Canada Post delay and likely a lost package.

I was browsing for a book of interest online, and this website came up as an option. I looked and price and delivery costs were very reasonable. I was expecting to receive a paperback and not even necessarily new, but I received a brand new, hardcover copy of the book I purchased. Delivery was prompt and service even put my package inside of my front porch, which most other delivery services don't even do despite requesting it. Will order again.

At first my expectations were not high at all due to the cheap price. However, i was surprised how well the quality was. It looked like a new book you would see anywhere. Definitely going to order more!

Fantastic site - amazing deals on books. Their stock changes frequently so it's worth checking often to see if they receive things on your reading list. The discounts are already enormous, but they have great sales to reduce the already hugely discounted prices. They also offer a loyalty program and referral bonuses that can give you great bonuses on future purchases. Unfortunately, shipping is only free on larger orders, but it's not prohibitively expensive either. It's not the fastest, at least to Montreal, but delivery time doesn't generally exceed 1-2 weeks. The books could be better packed, they're often placed loose in a large box which makes them prone to damage. In one instance where I received a damaged book, their customer service responded quickly and professionally and resolved the matter immediately. I highly recommend.

I always have a great experience with Bookoutlet. I have a home daycare and this is the only way I can afford to give the kids books for Christmas. The prices can't be beat. This was the first time I didn't receive one book but the problem was solved within hours.
I will be continuing to shop at book outlet.

Quick delivery and tons of options for well under retail price

I was looking for some specific titled books and thought i,d give Book Outlet a try and every thing worked out fine.

This is a great place to find discount books if you don't mind a few imperfections. The books I received looked like they had been bumped around a bit, and one of them had the front cover cut (likely by a box cutter), but pages are all is good shape, and are unread.
