The item arrived with the paint all dried up. The stones are also cracked and chipped.

My grandchildren always want books for Christmas and Birthdays and they request specific books. I always check Book Outlet first to see if they have any of the ones that are requested. I almost always find several of the books they requested and at a very reduced price compared to the usual stores. This year was no different and I found several of the books they wanted. The delivery was actually much quicker than I expected and the books were all in perfect condition.

The best Canadian used book seller. It has surprisingly fast delivery, gives out books 50%-90% off, and all books are very good condition. Overall it's great other than the fact that non-fiction book selection is lacking but that's not their fault

I was genuinely happy with the books I picked and received, Everything was as described, my only discrepancy was after I ordered I received an email saying that one of my books was unavailable.

Overall i'm satisfied with the books i got as the prices were pretty fair for most of them considering the good condition i got them in. Although i will say two books i received were fairly beat up with a lot of dirt i had to erase from back and front covers. One was especially bad as it had a number of deep scratches on the back too, and i also paid $13 each for both! Not very happy with those ones but i guess that's the luck of the draw :/

I was looking for a particular omnibus. The other site I used charged too much. Book outlet had the best deal with the price being half as much.

I'm happy to buy from Book Outlet whenever I can. If they have what I'm looking for, or suggest great options, it's always the best price.

I love this site, though it can be frustrating to miss a deal, or only find vol 2 or 3 or whatever of a series and never the first one to see if I'll even like it... but that often doesn't stop me from buying anyway:P

I would prefer if they'd give end dates for sales, like the fantastic "everything is $7.49' deal. I'd like to know how much time I have to fill my cart before the deal goes away!

Arrived earlier than expected for this time of year. Very good care goes into the shipment packaging, most book retailers just toss it into a bubble-padded envelope.

The site was easy to use, the shipping was fast, the product was in good condition, and I'm overall satisfied with that experience. The email subscription however borders on harassment as much as every 1-2 hours some days receiving emails and multiple emails a day. If you don't appreciate spam, don't sign up for the emails.
