I always browse Book Outlet for my favourite authors and also to find physical copies of ebooks I already own. Book Outlet is the best place to find new quality books at massively discounted prices.

I've been ordering for a while now and everytime the books show up in perfect condition and packaged in very rugged custom boxes.

The Post Office lost my first order but you resent the order and gave me credit for the 2 that were now out of stock. Love this company and the great value.

Love scrolling through the selection. This round of books seemed to have smudges and other damage. Hadn't seen that before. Kinda surprised.

I ordered children's books from this site. I understand these books are discounted, and that means they are not in perfect condition, but when I receive a book where the pages are essentially glued shut and become torn apart trying to pry them open, it's very disappointing. Good price, but some major damage can be expected.

Books were all in great condition when I received them and the shipping, although slower than amazon,(who can compete) was relatively quick! Will definitely be ordering again!

Book ordinary monsters had a large slash/cut across the back cover (as if by a box cutter). Totally understand some wear and tear expected with these orders but this seemed a little excessive and was a bit disappointing. Other books in order were in good condition though!

I'm extremely impressed with my first order. I found some great titles, all for under $10, free delivery and the speed of shipping?! I ordered late on a Friday night and my order was delivered the following Wednesday morning! 3 business days! My kids are hard on books so it's hard to justify buying a lot but Book Outlet is so affordable.

Ordered a large quantity of a certain marriage book for an upcoming conference. We received a third of the books when they arrived and a box that was empty. I called and reissued another order to us. It took a couple weeks but when they arrived 1 box had half the books while the other box had a few of the books and a few random books that who knows why they were in there. Even if the random books were the right ones we still would have been 8 books short.

Overall customer support refunded us the money and was great to work with but for some reason we could never get all the books we wanted.

I ordered six books and received all six within five days, which is super exciting! However, I expected the only defects to be the black page mark and maybe some minor bends or cracks. My cover of Pachinko has a cut through it and is rather worse for wear :( my other books are great though!

Books came in wonderful condition. Way better than I thought they would be. I placed the order and my package got lost. Customer service dealt with my order fast and friendly. They resent my order out immediately.

I was able to find two Tom Clancy books I somehow missed purchasing. Your selection, price and quick delivery was excellent! The Book Outlet will remain a go-to site.

I purchased a bunch of books recently and noticed one book from my order was missing. I contacted book outlet and very quickly was able to speak to a human who understood and quickly dispatched the missing book from my order. I received it in less than a week.

I experienced excellent, reliable service and the books are excellent quality. The low prices are wonderful too. My only disappointment was that one Author I was looking for was not available, Jana DeLeon, BUT all the others I requested were.

Other than a glitch in the delivery I found the help I received to be exceptional. The products are great and my grandkids will be very happy!
